This three-story townhouse in Kawama is ready to help you chill out during your next vacation to the Florida Keys. We offer legal short term rentals (always ask for the Permit!) and include a FREE GOLF CART, bicycles and kayaks. We also have a an onsite ramp (no charge). Check out the photos! Tastefully decorated and fully furnished with newer appliances and furniture. By far one of the best 3 story townhouse units in Kawama. Plus we include for free golf cart, WIFI, bicycles, kayaks, and marina ramp access. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, four balconies and steps from the pool and saltwater lake. This layout is great for families. Compare the photos of other units and you'll see how new our place is. The unit comes loaded with all the standard amenities (kitchen supplies, paper products, blenders, toasters, crockpots, towels, bed sheets, cribs, highchair, blueray DVD, cable, etc.), free WIFI, board games, floating noodles, a 'sit-in' type kayak and bicycles. The pool and saltwater lagoon is just steps from the back door and adults can watch the kids while relaxing on balcony. If you love to cook then check out the all new LG stainless steel appliances and BBQ's down by the oceanside. There is a new full size washer & dryer for your laundry needs. There are two 55+ inch tv's plus an additional TV in the master bedroom. Two couches on the ground floor are sleeper sofas. The on-site marina (with boat ramp), oceanfront access, 24 hour security, boat trailer parking and tennis courts make this place the best value for your money. You can snorkel, kayak, fish or just catch a tan from the beach or jetty. Access to the marina ramp is free.

Great place and wonderful host!

This home was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect both within the development as well as in Key Largo. The lagoon was so unique and a ton of fun for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place to chill. Comfortable, relaxing and clean. Plenty of room for us to hang out and socialize. Neighbors were respectful and polite. Outside area was well maintained.

Room for everyone

We were messaged a few days prior to our stay, by the owner. Just to let us know we can check in any time and to avoid driving through Miami cause of an event. It was absolutely amazing. Loved biking everywhere and being able to use the lagoon every day and my kids loved the Kiyana. My mom and I walked to the coffee shop/ truck next to the dolphin rescue center…go see that! And plenty of walkable waterside restaurants. AC was good and cold and everyone had their own room and bed, there were 5 of us. The mattresses were so comfortable!!!!

Nice place!

This was a nice location with balconies on every level. There are 3 levels with 3 bathrooms. The living room is on the 2nd floor so if you have a hard time with steps this would not be the place. 2 Bedrooms on 3rd floor and 1 bedroom at walkout 1st floor. It's a very nicely design place with very comfortable beds which is key! They have everything you will need for cooking. We have stayed many places and can say that they definitely have it stocked. I would stay again.

Wonderful spot for our family!

We found "Time to Chill" to be a fabulous place for our family vacation in the Florida Keys. The space and accommodations were exactly as described and the photos are an accurate depiction of the property and it's amenities. We very much enjoyed the facilities such as the tennis court, golf cart, pool and salt water lagoon. The home was clearly recently renovated and everything was clean and in good working order. The paper products, towels, and kitchen were well stocked. Well worth the price and we would recommend this home to anyone visiting Key Largo!

Good but could be great

Everything was as stated with the exception of the limitations of the boat ramp. We were unable to use as it was only usable based on tides which for anyone going fishing does not really work. Really need to get new pillows for beds, they were pretty nasty when you removed pillow case.

The location was ideal but the condo seemed to be more run down than expected. Stained bed linens, broken appliances, and construction next door led to frustration during our vacation.

Nice central location

My husband and I stayed in the unit for our anniversary vacation. We didn't have the golf cart for a few days but Carlos kept us informed as to when it would be available. He did compensate us for the days we didn't have it. The kitchen had everything we needed when we were eating in. The screened in lanai on the middle floor was the best! We used that a lot! The only negative about this particular unit is the bedrooms were on the top floor. That's 2 flights of stairs to carry your luggage up. The beds weren't the best but we survived. As far as location, it's an easy 2 hour drive to Key West and about an hour and 15 min from Miami. Lots of great restaurants nearby and an amazing fresh seafood store that you can ride the golf cart to. If you enjoy pickle ball, bring your rackets! People are out there playing all the time! We would stay here again.

We live in Miami (1 hour away) and love the Keys. We are both professionals (banker and attorney) with kids. We have rented through VRBO (Florida Keys, Georgia, North Carolina) and know what renters need and want. A stress-free, no hassle experience! We provide a large unit that has all the cool stuff (like a golf cart!).

We love Key Largo and Kawama. Everything you need is on the island and the ocean access is unbeatable. We love this unit because it's so large and with three stories there's the plenty of space for everyone to relax. The unit is remodeled (look at the pictures!) and we have great reviews from many past guests. We are one of the few units in the entire Florida Keys legally able to rent for less than 28 days. The majority of units in the Keys renting for less than 28 days are doing so illegally and your booking could get cancelled when the owners get caught.
