Welcome to your cozy home away from home at the family-friendly Waikiki Banyan (Tower 2)! This 600 sq ft 1-bedroom condo on the 7th floor offers views of the recreation deck and is just a short walk from world-famous Waikiki Beach, dining, and shopping. Ideal for up to 4 guests, it features air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a pull-out sofa and smart TV, 2 queen beds, and a tub/shower combo. Enjoy fresh linens, laundry on every floor, plus free Wi-Fi and parking for a carefree island stay!

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on April 20, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.



PLEASE NOTE – FOR STAYS BEFORE APRIL 20, 2026:

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to April 20, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.



Building Amenities:

• Laundry rooms on every floor (WASH-connect/WASH-card)

• Trash rooms are conveniently located at the end of each floor

• Complimentary parking for one vehicle (Savings of $45-60/day)



Check-In / Check-Out:

• Check-in: after 3:00 PM

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

• For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an extra night
