Ocean Side w/ Ocean and Bay views on great beach - Sept. week available

Ocean and Bay views from roof deck, second floor deck with natural gas grill (no tanks that run out in the middle of cooking!) and dining set accessed by two sliding glass doors. Upscale kitchen with granite, gourmet cookware and counter seating. We have a Nespresso machine and frother- bring your Nespresso Pods. Two living rooms, central air, 4 flat screen TVs, cable, WiFi, new washer/dryer, outdoor tiled/slate shower, two car garage plus plenty of additional off street parking. You will forget it is a vacation home and want to move in.

We consider the wide beach to be the best in New Jersey. We are situated between 2 life guard stands. Beach badges provided.

New 4 bedroom, 3 bath, reverse living, dual living room spaces.




Note: We rent to responsible adults at least 25 years of age.

Convenient location

We had 10 family members, ranging in ages from 8-75, together to celebrate a birthday. The house was in perfect distance to walk to the beach and coffee shop. It was a short bike ride to mini golf, fishing and the lighthouse. Communication with owners was wonderful and we had no problems checking in and out.

Nice home at beautiful beach

We had a family wedding in Beach Haven and elected to stay at the quieter end of Long Beach Island. This house fit the bill. The only slight negative is its closeness to the main road. The traffic noise at night can be annoying but otherwise everything here was very nice. The owner was very gracious about allowing us to arrive early and leave late which was very helpful as we were coming from New Hampshire. Travel to Beach Haven and further south can sometimes take an hour with traffic so be aware.

Paradise in Barnegat Light.

Our family stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding close by. The hosts provided every amenity to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. The house is open and spacious and we felt like there was nothing that we needed that wasn't already provided. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach was perfect. We would definetely stay again in the future.

Girls getaway weekend

We went for a short girl's getaway weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house was perfect, with plenty of space, beautiful decor and awesome accent lights. A fenced back yard with fire pit, dining deck, rooftop deck, short walk to the beach, and quiet neighborhood, just one block to Viking Village made this house the perfect getaway! And the owners made booking effortless. I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Home with an Abundance of Room

Unfortunately, our Birthdays/Mothers Day celebration was ruined by the worst possible weather all weekend one could of asked for! Thank God this outstandingly wonderful home was equipped with all we needed to still enjoy our stay and not feel cramped. Plenty of room on all floors for our grandchildren to enjoy, several TVs with much to offer for entertainment, and the owners even left us a bottle of wine and jar of jam to enhance our stay. You will not be disappointed at all in this lovely home located in a great town. One cannot say enough about the on target communication of the owners to give us advice and highlights of his home. Very enjoyable stay even though Mother Nature had another idea. Highly recommend "Just Off The Beach" for all ages.

Great weekend!

We had a great time staying at this house! Everything was as advertised and we even were left a complimentary bottle of rose upon arrival! The owners were very friendly and informative throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent location with all the Comforts!

Awesome property on a quiet street with enough room for a large family. Very close the the beautiful beach and a nicely landscaped backyard big enough for the kids to play whiffle ball. The large balcony was great for dining in and the roof top balcony gave panoramic views of the island. Shops and restaurants only a block away. Everyone agreed they would like to stay here again. Hosts were excellent with communication. Book it!!

Fantastic experience!

My friends and I, all celebrating milestone birthdays, spent a long weekend at the property. We had such a fantastic time. The rooftop deck is awesome and the second floor deck is a great spot to sit outside. We enjoyed biking to Viking Village for some shopping and after biked to the lighthouse. Access to the beach is at the end of the street with a picturesque walkway through the dunes. All along, the owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Weather could have been better, but we warmed up outside by the fire pit. Great property! Fantastic experience!

Excellent beach house

We went on an escape for a long weekend with friends and the beach house was gorgeous, the layout was very nice and on the ocean block with two great decks. Everything about it was ideal and Barnegat light is so enchanting. Top shelf all the way around

Lovely home in a great location!

We had a wonderful time in this very comfortable, attractive and spacious home with all the amenities you could need. There were excellent restaurants very close by, and many others at a reasonable distance. Walking along the beach to the lighthouse was a favorite activity, and the area is excellent for biking and running. We were several adult couples having a weekend away, but the house would be great for a family with kids as well. The hosts were excellent at providing information about the house and making recommendations. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this property.

Great Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation in Barnegat Light. The property was lovely, spacious and in excellent condition. The owners supplied everything necessary for the perfect beach vacation - chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. The house is about a 7 minute walk to the beach. Everyone had a fabulous time! A great family get-away! Total enjoyment!

Wonderful Beach Weekend

Our family had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful beach block home. We had everything we needed: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an awesome outdoor shower, WiFi, kitchen with everything you could possibly need, outdoor grill, and even beach chairs and bikes! Barnegat Light is beautiful and we caught both ocean and bay views from the amazing roof deck. Thank you Randy and Sue for making your home so perfect! We will definitely be back...hopefully for a week!

Barnegat Light gem

We stayed earlier this month and we had a wonderful time. We have been coming to LBI since 2011 and this is the best house we have stayed at! The house was clean and beautiful and really well stocked, --utensils, supplies, beach chairs, etc that you could ask for. Randy and Sue were very responsive to our questions and being on ocean side was great and as a bonus, Viking Village was just across on the bay side! We couldn't have asked for a better place and experience!

Perfect Beach-Access Getaway

This beach-access home was perfect for our Girls Getaway (party of 8)! What We REALLY Loved: - Two separate living room spaces for conversation, games, movie night - Deck dining table that seats 8 for alfresco lunches :) - Convenient 2-minute walk to the beach, so we went several times a day! - Clean, clean, clean house! :) - Large backyard with stone fire-pit w/picnic table and additional chairs (x6) for more conversation, s'mores and even some small-group games :) What We REALLY Appreciated: - Half-bath on the main living level eliminating waiting for a restroom - Incredibly well-stocked kitchen, so no need to run out for 'this and that' - Extremely thorough and detailed rental guidebook took the guesswork out of where to find supplies, how to use amenities and what to do to make the best of our stay - Super-soft towels and comfortable beds made for relaxing showers and great nights of sleep - Randy and Sue were really responsive, personable and accommodating. His care for our excellent stay was apparent. We can't wait to return later this year for another beautiful stay! Thanks Randy and Sue. :)
