Great location on 18th Street.
- Strict 25 year old age limit for renters. No Prom Weekends, sorry.
- 2-story front/back duplex. Our unit is the front, upstairs and down.
- Great ocean views, second from beach, and 2 blocks to Viking Village shops on the bay.
- Spacious, bright living area on 2nd floor, opens to deck with eating area, gas grill, and additional roof top deck.
- 3 Bedrooms downstairs; one with a king, second with 1 twin and bunk (twin above, full below), third with twin beds (can be converted into a king), new mattresses. Sleeps 8. Full bath down, 1/2 up. Private outdoor shower.
- Wall mounted a/c upstairs and in each bedroom.
- Washer, dryer, d/w, cable, DVD player, wifi.
- PLEASE NOTE: Bedding/Towels available for use, but must be laundered/folded prior to departure. Alternatively, renter can provide own linens or utilize laundry service provided by cleaners.
- 6 Beach Badges are Included. Required for ages 12 and above, June-Labor Day.
- Cleaning fee has been deducted from base rental amount and shown as a separate cost.

Steve was amazing to work with. We went down off-season so we knew the area would be less crowded. The check in process was a breeze, and the house was so clean and a great place to stay for the weekend. Being down towards the lighthouse was a nice change for us. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. We definitely recommend and look forward to going back!

Lovely house, great accommodations! The views are, in fact, awesome- especially from the roof deck! We were all very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy.

Excellent stay

Beachside perfection

Amazing location and accommodations!!

The space is perfect for a group of 7 we were blown away by the beautiful beach just steps away from the house. Steve was a very communicative and pleasant host! Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

Cozy and fun

We stayed here at the height of hurricane Helene, and honestly there was no better place to be stuck during a hurricane than this home. So much to do and see or just stay put and enjoy the day!

Comfortable Home with Amazing Views

Really enjoyed our stay. The roof deck affords great views of the beach, ocean and dunes. The main deck is shaded and comfortable most of the day. The kitchen and living room are nicely updated and very functional. Excellent location close to amenities and the beach.

Long weekend getaway

My husband and I brought our children (2 and 5) for a long weekend and had a great time. The house was lovely and clean, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to lounge around. Although it was cold during our stay, we were very close to the beach and the bay and took many wonderful walks. We also enjoyed the proximity to the lighthouse and Viking village. We will definitely be staying again!

A perfect getaway

We enjoyed the home very much - steps to the beach and a very nice rooftop sitting area with beautiful ocean vistas. This was our first visit to Barnegat Light, but definitely won't be our last. We are hooked on this quaint community.

Excellent location and a well maintained home. Perfect size for 6 and a lovely front room with a wall of windows. Nice even on rainy days because you can spend the day reading, with a perfect view.

Short Stay at LBI

Over all good. It wouldHave been nice to have tv’s in each bedroom. The bathroom is very tiny and site said paper towels and toilet paper would be supplied and we got 1 roll each of toilet paper and that roll was almost half gone. Thank goodness, we were only staying two nights. only tissue box that was in the rental only had five tissues in it. I think next time they should make sure supplies are as describedOn a plus the place was really nicely decorated , beds were very nice to sleep on and the deck was really nice to look out and see the ocean from. Cleanliness was good. We found some dirt here and there, but you’re going to get that with a rental.

Wonderful!

Our stay was all we hoped for. Even though the weather was not great, being in such a lovely home more than made up for it. The property is beautifully furnished and had all the amenities one could want. Steve is a wonderful host who went out of his way to meet our needs. The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, but there are lovely shops nearby. Look forward to returning next year.

What a Wonderful Week!!!

I can't say enough about our week here! The home was beautiful, updated, clean, and comfortable. The views are to die for. PERFECT location to the beach, docks, and all the charm of Barnegat Light :) Steve is friendly and great with communication. It was wonderful place to host my mom's 81st birthday week, make priceless memories, and to share the Barnegat Light of her youth once again. Thank you Steve for sharing your home with us - we highly recommend and would love to come back!

The house was a good size for 6-7 people. It was very clean, great location, very relaxing.

Loved the little extras, bicycles, beach chairs, linens, beach passes. Accommodating our time schedule and flexibility was gratifying. Being able to talk directly with the owner made the vacation so much more relaxing. We felt like we were at home. The location of the house is fabulous, great views, easy access to the beach and bay. I would highly recommend this house for people vacationing with 6-8 guests. We so enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Thank you Steve for all you did for making our vacation wonderful!

This house has been in our family since we were kids. We have grown up spending lots of time on LBI. Our family is spread up and down the east coast, and out to Colorado, and still meet every summer in Barnegat Light. We hope you find your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as we do.

There is lots to do in Barnegat Light, and you can get to everything with a walk or bike ride, even to visit the light house at the north tip of the island. There is a great little coffee shop at Viking Village, as well as lots of unique shops and Cassidy's Seafood, and a fresh produce stand. The top deck offers fabulous views of the sunset over the bay, or for the early risers, sunrise over the ocean. If you are there for a full moon, nothing is more spectacular than seeing it just as it rises over the ocean.
