As you walk into the lake house, you’ll notice the beautiful view of the lake and wrap around deck!

The open concept kitchen and living area has brand new appliances including dishwasher, electric oven + stove top, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Keurig, and mini-fridge. The kitchen also has a large island with matching new quartz counter tops —with bar stool seating!

The master bedroom and bathroom is on the second floor and includes a king size bed, closet, bedside tables, wall mounted TV, and an amazing lake view to wake up to!

The other 3 bedrooms are on the main floor off of the living and kitchen area. One bedroom has bunk beds and a crib for any younger guests!

The downstairs bathroom is all new, complete with a double vanity, freestanding tub, brand new tile shower with rock floor, supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The lake house also has a beautiful wrap around deck with chairs, patio sofa, and coffee table!

We aren`t onsite, but we are just a phone call, email or text away. I live 15 minutes from the lake house, so if you need anything during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out anytime.
Registered guests only-- please make sure your reservation is for the correct number of guests. Unregistered guests will be charged $100 per person per night.

Guests are allowed to bring paddle boards , kayaks, and other non motorized boats to use. Access to the pontoon boat is not included.

No Parties - While the lake house is in a private setting, we are in an area with surrounding homes. As such we ask that you respect others privacy and their right to a peaceful home.

No smoking in the lake house but you are able to smoke outdoors. Please be respectful and clean-up after you’re finished.

No illegal drugs of any kind.

No Pets

There is no lifeguard on duty at the lake. Swim, fish, etc., at your own risk.

Young children are more than welcome at the lake house, includes crib.

Security Deposit - if you damage or leave the property in a state that requires out of the normal cleaning, you may be charged up to $200.00
