This amazing 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home with a South-facing pool and hot tub/spa located in the Windsor Hills Resort is a Disney World-loving large family/group's dream! Up to 10 guests will be able to access any of the Disney parks by car in approximately 10 minutes. Universal Studios is a mere 20 minutes away.

Each bedroom in this spectacular home has its own attached bathroom and a flat panel television. The 2 downstairs master bedrooms each boast a lovely view of the pool and trees behind the home. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with granite countertops and comes stocked with all the supplies you'll need to eat in if you so desire. Numerous grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away. You can take your meals in the dining room, the kitchen breakfast nook, or at the table next to the lovely heated pool and hot tub (spa). Kids will enjoy the fun Harry Potter-themed game room in the converted garage, which has a pool table, air hockey table, and another flat panel TV. Guests visiting for a long stay will enjoy the home's washer and dryer.

If you're worried that you'll miss the amenities that the Disney hotels provide, fear not! Windsor Hills boasts a huge resort-style pool, giant water slides, splash pad, amazing castle-themed playscape, 2 additional playscapes, sand volleyball courts, lighted tennis and basketball courts, a putting green, a game room with video arcade games and pool tables, a club house with a convenience store, grill, business center, and welcome center, a large movie theater that shows guest choice movies multiple times daily, a fitness center, and more, all included with your stay! You can walk to almost all of the amenities from this home in about 5 minutes. You and your family and/or friends will feel safe with the added security of a 24-hour gated and guarded entrance, ensuring that only owners and their guests are allowed inside the resort. Your trash will be conveniently be picked up every day of the week except holidays.

Families with young children will find a pack ‘n play, high chair, and an umbrella stroller for their use.

The bedroom configuration in this home includes 2 downstairs masters with king-sized beds, a downstairs bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an upstairs bedroom with a king-sized bed, and an upstairs, princess-themed bedroom with two, twin-sized beds. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom.

Cable television and high-speed wireless Internet service, along with all the amenities at Windsor Hills Resort, are included in your stay! A gas grill is available for rent for $90 for up to 7 days, $115 for 8-14 days, $155 for 9-21 days. Pool/spa heat (which is recommended from October through March) is $35/night plus 13.5% tax. Spa (hot tub) heat only is available for $20/night plus 13.5% tax. Rates are accurate as of 11/17/2025 but are subject to change.
