The house has TWO master bedrooms with king size beds and full baths attached, one additional king bedroom, one queen bedroom, two children's bedrooms (One that has two twin sized beds and the other room has 2 sets of bunk beds). All bedrooms are upstairs except one queen bedroom and one full bath are downstairs along with the common areas. All bedrooms are equipped with new Flat screen TVs (Cable and Wifi included) On the main floor of the home, there are two comfortable living room areas, nicely furnished. NEWLY RENOVATED in May 2020 with a brand new kitchen and all downstairs flooring replaced. Updated pictures coming soon.

The main living room has a 50" plasma TV with DVD player, stereo and CD player. The Kitchen is fully equipped as is the rest of the home and overlooks the large pool deck area.
There is also a laundry room with a Washing Machine, Dryer, iron with ironing board, and stacks of extra bath and pool towels. The garage has been turned into a game room with an Air Hockey Table, Pool Table, Pub Table and a Lounging Area.

There are many amenities within our home to make traveling with an infant/toddler easier. We have baby gates for the stairs, 2 highchairs, 3 umbrella strollers, 2 pack-n-plays, baby bath tub, children’s books, racecars, and tracks, buildable train set, and some pool toys/floaties.

This house is located in the community of Windsor Hills which has many amenities to enhance your stay. On the property there are tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, putting green, and two playgrounds. It has a heated pool and large hot tub. Just opened in the summer of 2018, a water park near the pool with two tunnel water slides and a splash pad with smaller slides for kids. In the clubhouse, there is a convenience store to buy supplies and snacks. Also a game room, fitness room, and a movie theater in which you request movies from within the office to play at a scheduled time. All community amenities are free of charge and included in your stay except for purchases made at the convenience store.

Convenience is Key!!! Minutes away from a 24 Hour Walmart and the main street, US-192, is filled with restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Disney Parks are approximately 10-15 minutes away depending which park. The main highways of World Drive and I-4 are approximately 3 miles from the house.
