Verano is a quiet, residential neighborhood that is close to everything yet avoids the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas of the valley. Whether it's a day in Palm Springs, attending one of the many concerts, sporting events or working for a time in the valley, this guesthouse is in a perfect spot to access it all! The community Clubhouse is close by, giving you access to a dip in the pool, a relaxing soak in the hot tub, or a vigorous workout in the gym. Grocery stores, pharmacies and unique eating spots are all just a minute or two away.

Have you ever experienced a tiny house? Our guesthouse, which was built in 2024, is exceptionally well laid out, giving your every amenity you could need, all in a space that is finished to the highest of standards. The kitchen has everything you need, and it's all full sized. In the bedroom you will find a king-sized bed, blackout blinds, and a second 55" tv. There is a both a dresser and closet for clothing. The bathroom is spacious, includes a spa-like rain shower, and has plenty of storage in the vanity. The living area has both a fireplace and a 55" tv. You will find a dining table/desk tucked away under the kitchen island. Wifi and all utilities are included.
