A second living area at the back of the home features large windows overlooking the lush backyard with a plush couch, loveseat, and a smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

If you’re planning to prepare some home-cooked meals for the whole crew, you’ll find this kitchen has all the essentials and more. The fully equipped kitchen boasts warm wood cabinets, dark stone countertops, and sleek stainless steel appliances, with a spacious island offering counter seating for three. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes 3 twin size beds and a twin size trundle.

This home includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
· Washer and dryer in home.
· Driveway parking for 6 vehicles.
· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entrance and yard, and the back door actively monitoring the back yard.
· Portable crib and booster high chair are available.
· Beach Towels, 6 Beach Chairs, and a cooler are provided.
· After June 19th, 2025, a beach wagon will also be available.
