Our completely renovated, brand-new furnished 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home allows a group of 12 guests (maximum) to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 12 GUESTS IN BEDS!

Welcome to the ideal rental home AND location for all family/friend trips, boating, golfing retreats, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings! Family, friend, work, team, bachelor, bachelorette, golf, etc. gatherings are all welcomed. Have the best of both worlds at your private getaway, yet be close enough to all South Florida entertainment. Our "Diamond Estates: Lauderdale-By-The-Sea" is within walking distance to downtown, local shops and restaurants, a family friendly park, and the beach. It is also only a fifteen minute drive to Las Olas and additional beaches off A1A. We are also an hour and fifteen minute drive away from Miami South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Wynwood, Design District, and Brickell. Hard Rock Stadium (home of the Miami Dolphins) and the Hollywood Hard Rock Casino are only a 30 minute drive!

Friedt Family Park is located on Bougainvilla Drive behind Town Hall. It has a children's playground, bocce ball court, shuffleboard area, two tennis courts, a basketball court and a public bathroom facility. The immediate area/neighborhood is a great place for walking, jogging, or bike riding for the whole family.

Utilize Rt 1 Biscayne Blvd or Rt 95 for travel to: Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Aventura, Hollywood, Wynwood, Design District, Downtown Miami, Brickell. Also, utilize causeway access into Bal Harbour, Surfside, North Beach, Mid Beach, South Beach, South of Fifth.

Guests are only allowed 4 cars maximum parking on site. License plate tags of each vehicle also MUST BE PROVIDED to host as direct message, prior to checkin.
