𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫:
The house has direct access to the river. While swimming is not recommended due to heavy boating traffic, kayaks and paddleboats are available for your use. Please exercise caution when near or on the river. Children must always be supervised by an adult when close to the water or using the watercraft.

𝐏𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲:
Your furry friend is also welcome! We can accommodate up to 2 dogs (within our insurance policy's accepted breeds). Guests bringing a pet must disclose it at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee. Please keep your pet leashed outside. Never leave your pet unattended in the home unless crated. Clean up after our pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲:
Please remember, you’re staying in a private home, not a hotel - treat it with care! The maximum occupancy is 7 people at all times. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the house. If any issues arise, we will address them as quickly as possible. While no one is on-site 24/7, please reach out immediately with any concerns, and we’ll work to resolve them promptly.

𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭:
We require a rental agreement and security deposit for your stay. The process of setting them up is quick and easy and can be completed on your phone. Right after you book the place, you will receive a secured personalized rental agreement link along with a link to set up the security deposit. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
