After a day at the beach or exploring Honolulu, the space offers a calm place to settle in and unwind.
Living space
Set on a high floor of the Waikiki Banyan in Tower 1, this entire rental unit is designed for both relaxation and everyday comfort. The open layout connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen, with ocean view and mountain view perspectives from the living room, bedroom, and private balcony. A window AC unit and ceiling fans help keep the interior comfortable, while fast wifi - 356 Mbps and an Ethernet connection support streaming and remote work.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door and includes two queen-size beds, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage with a closet and dresser. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides an additional sleeping option. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, offering flexibility for up to four guests.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with full-size appliances and a dining table for shared meals. Whether starting the day with coffee before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner in, the space is set up for everyday use.
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hot water, and bathroom essentials. Paid washer - in building and paid dryer - in building are available for added convenience during longer stays.
Outdoor living & amenities
The private patio or balcony offers outdoor furniture and a place to enjoy the views at any time of day. Within the building, guests have access to shared features including a sauna, a shared BBQ grill: gas, and an outdoor playground. Beach essentials are also available for time spent along the nearby shore, with shared beach access close by.
Parking & access
Free parking garage on premises is available for one vehicle, along with elevator access throughout the building. An EV charger - level 2 is also available. The unit is a single level home with no stairs inside. Self check-in is provided via keypad for a smooth arrival.
Location
Situated in the heart of Waikiki, you’re within easy reach of the beach, Kapiolani Park, public transportation, and a wide variety of dining and shopping options. The neighborhood is known for its walkability and proximity to some of Honolulu’s most recognizable landmarks.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

This apartment was beautiful! Meticulously clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. This was the best experience I’ve had with a vacation rental anywhere. The location is perfect for either walking to beaches and restaurants or renting a car and venturing out. Ten out of ten. ALOHA!
