Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad your family enjoyed the home and beautiful Cache Valley😊 We’re sorry the AC had issues during your stay especially during a very unusual hot week. We’ve since replaced the unit. We’ve also addressed the dusty blinds, and are now sending guests reminders to take the garbage if it falls on their stay. Our handyman did check out the dishwasher and it’s good to go. Thank you again for your helpful feedback!

We’re glad the space and kitchen worked well for your family and that you felt well taken care of during your stay. We love the big table too, it’s definitely one of our favorite spots when we’re all together. We'd love to host you again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the cleanliness of the home and the condition of the bins upon arrival did not meet your expectations. Since your stay, we have reviewed these concerns with our housekeeping team and reinforced our cleaning and inspection procedures. We also schedule regular deep cleanings of the home to help ensure it remains in the condition our guests expect and deserve. Regarding the garbage schedule, you are correct that the information in our guest book was not accurate during your stay. Due to the upcoming Memorial Day holiday, the collection schedule had temporarily changed, and the wording in our guest information created confusion. We have since updated the instructions to make them clearer for future guests. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope you will consider visiting again in the future.

Thanks for the kind words! We're glad the space and seating worked well for your group. Hope to host you again!

Thanks for your review! We're glad the kitchen and dining space worked so well for your group—it's one of our favorite features too. Hope to have you back soon!
