The Space:

Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this inviting home offers four bedrooms, comfortable living spaces, and modern amenities, all within a short distance of the area's best beaches and attractions.



This home comfortably sleeps 9-10 guests. On the first floor, there is a relaxing bedroom with a queen bed and a primary bedroom with a king bed. The second floor features a large bedroom with a full bed and two twin beds, as well as a medium-sized bedroom with a queen bed. The first floor includes a ¾ bath with a spacious walk-in shower featuring handicap bars, while the second floor has a full bath with a tub/shower combination.

The recently renovated kitchen boasts granite countertops and brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, oven, drip coffee maker and built-in microwave. The dining table seats six, with two additional stools at the counter, and there is a separate breakfast nook with a round table that seats four. The living room is a comfortable gathering space with a smart TV that you can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc., a sectional sofa that seats four, and two additional upholstered chairs, one with an ottoman. The finished playroom in the walk-out basement offers a ping pong table and laundry facilities, providing extra entertainment for guests.



Outside, the home features a large deck overlooking a private backyard, along with a smaller deck outside the walk-out basement. A propane grill is available for outdoor cooking, and there are plans to add a gas stand-alone fireplace for the deck. The spacious gravel driveway accommodates up to three cars.

For comfort and convenience, the first floor is equipped with mini-split A/C units, while the second-floor bedrooms have wall A/C units. The home has new vinyl tile flooring on the first floor with rugs in the bedrooms, carpeted stairs and second-floor bedrooms, and a carpeted basement. Tile flooring is featured in the family room. Accessibility is also considered, with a ramp entry option available in addition to the two steps leading to the left front door.



This location is ideal for exploring Cape Cod. The quiet cul-de-sac is perfect for children to ride bikes, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail is less than a mile away across Route 6. The home is just one mile from bay beaches, including Cooks Brook and Camp Ground, and 1.5 miles from Nauset Light Beach. It is also conveniently close to the Wellfleet Drive-In and only about a 30-minute drive to Provincetown.

Hole In One Bakery & Coffee Shop is a popular breakfast stop, serving hand-cut donuts and freshly made pastries. You can walk out at least 1/2 a mile and enjoy the tide pools. The oceanside beaches (i.e., Coastguard and Nauset Light) are beautiful and have a larger surf.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Pet damage does not fall under the accidental damage waiver.
