Located on a private island within Condado de Alhama golf and sports resort. La Isla In a great location overlooking its very own lake. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace, sunbathe all day then dine with the stunning sunset towards the Sierra de Espuna mountain range in full view.
Fully kitted out with beautiful furniture and free wifi. 2 relaxing reclining sun loungers are provided for the spacious balcony and pool or beach. All linen and towels provided and sheets which are freshly put on for your visit. Full Cable / Satellite channels available. Swimming pool is viewable from the balcony and is less than 100m away. Also there is now a Recreational hut which has seating and local papers and table tennis on the corner of the Island about 100m away plus 1 x Full set of Golf clubs with bag is available as part of your rental.
Enjoy kayaking, mountain biking, quad biking, canoeing, white water rafting, walking tours in the nearby espuna mountain range.
The nearby beaches a short drive away offers a range of activities from diving to boat trips to deep sea fishing! A Bus now runs too these unspoilt Spanish beaches from the resort. Enjoy dining by the beautiful port whilst there too!
On resort we are a short walk from all the facilities inc bars, restaurants ranging from tapas to Indian to traditional Spanish to Bulgarian to American and also good old fashioned English and Italian! There is cafes with a local bakery for daily fresh bread and also a supermarket and hairdressers, ice cream parlour and kids games room and daily kids activity club on site.
Activitys on site to do range from football pitches, tennis courts, bike hire and a gym plus plenty more!


Apartment: Furnished to the highest standard with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. For your comfort there is provided luxury Egyptian cotton towels and bedding.

Lounge:
The lounge has a set of patio doors leading to the front terrace, and frames the views of the lake. There is a leather sofa bed which pulls out into a large double bed alongside a matching arm chair for you to relax with whilst watching the 32' flat screen TV with UK channels along with a dvd player and Ipod docking station with radio alarm clock and has free wireless internet all over the apartment and balcony to use.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and all the home comforts you would expect from leading brands.

Bedroom one:
Double bed & headboard, two bedside tables with lamps, and a set of large fitted wardrobes. Inside the wardrobes are a hanging rail with wooden hangers and a set of drawers for storage. French doors lead to the South facing terrace for all day and evening sunshine. Also its own personal TV with cable TV channels.

Bedroom two:
Two single beds, headboards, one bedside table with lamp and large fitted wardrobe.

Local Area: Puerto De Mazarron:
Puerto de Mazarron is situated just a short drive from Condado de Alhama. It offers beautiful beaches and coves and a chic marina. The promenade is pedestrianised and is lined with palm trees, fountains and an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a good choice of shops, bars and a large underground car park close to the marina and promenade area.
Bolnuevo:
A short drive from Puerto Mazarron is the small coastal village of Bolnuevo, with its beautiful beach. Alongside the beach, visitors will find one of the most unusual landscapes in the entire region. The wind and sea have carved a number of whimsical shapes out of the rock, forming what is known as the 'Bolnuevo Erosions'. Children will almost certainly recognise ET!
Sierra Espuna:
There are fabulous views from Condado towards the Sierra Espuna mountains.
The Sierra Espuna Nature Reserve is located just 10 minutes drive from Condado. Its altitude varies between 260 and 1583 metres.
