The space
This four bedroom home with modern kitchen and spacious backyard and patio is closely located approximately 5 minutes from the beautiful Imperial Beach Pier and surf break. Although this home isn't in the center of San Diego, it offers a quieter respite and is only a short drive away from San Diego's main attractions. 15 minutes from Coronado Island and the Hotel Del, 20 minutes from Downtown, The Gaslamp, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, Little Italy, Seaport Village, the Midway, and Mission Bay, 25 minutes from Pacific Beach Boulevard, Sunset Cliffs, Ocean Beach, and 30 minutes from La Jolla Cove and Beach.

Enjoy the roomy backyard and patio with plenty of seating and a couch swing for relaxing. Use the grill and outdoor dining table to have a perfect cookout day. Take bikes and roll over to the popular local Imperial Beach breweries, restaurants, and shops, before enjoying a quintessential So-Cal sunset from the Imperial Beach Pier. Take a bike by the beautiful Tijuana Estuary or use the Bayside Bike Path to ride or run along the San Diego Bay to Coronado Island.
