Townhouse at Canyon Tree (formerly named Eagle's Ledge) is a stunning 1,812 sq. foot home boasting 4 bedrooms (with the 4th bedroom as an unenclosed loft) that overlooks the neighborhood pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. This luxury villa is tastefully furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious floor plan provides quiet and private bedrooms.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to enjoy the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, explore a network of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, experience world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and take in breathtaking views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

The property was very easy to get to and extremely clean and ready for our stay. Plenty of towels and all the kitchenware that we needed. Also, the back patio is right at the pool, making it so easy to get out and enjoy.

Great getaway!

We loved this place - the townhome was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It’s tucked away north of St. George with beautiful views, yet less than 10 minutes to any grocery stores or restaurants. Pool and pickleball courts were a big winner with the kids! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

This property was great to stay at! It was well taken care of and the property manager got right back to me when we had questions! Our house was right outside the pool, which was perfect to keep an eye on the kids swimming!! The only thing I noticed with cleanliness was hair still on the floor behind the door in the bathroom!

Fantastic location right next to pool and courts. Plenty of room for a large family.
