The Ledges of St. George is the perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Very enjoyable stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. I would go back. 4 stars because there were a few issues that even though handled very quickly definitely impacted our enjoyment. First, there were no cushions for the deck chairs and couches. Maybe they were stowed away for the winter, but we couldn't find them so didn't use the deck. Second, the hot tub was freezing cold and not working. They sent a guy right away, and got the plug replaced, but it took a full day to warm up after that, so we missed 2 days with the hot tub, which we paid more to have. TBH, we were not comfortable using it after that since it had been cold for so long that who knows if it was clean. Finally, the television system wasn't functioning, so we were unable to stream thanksgiving college football. They sent a tech for that right away as well, but it also took a full day. But it's fixed now, so any future renter shouldn't have a problem. Beyond that, we had a family with 3 adult children and the bedrooms were great, the location was perfect. I would go back.

Great location and home

10 minutes away from downtown, the pool was amaziiiiing, especially for kids. Upstairs balcony is great for evenings. Beds were comfy, kitchen was missing a few key items (cutting board, anyone?). The complex hot tub was great, but the one at the property was not usable. House was 90% clean, needed some dusting.

Spacious house

We loved the location within the community. Next to the pool and pickleball courts. The house is so spacious and clean. Beds big and comfy! Would definitely book again.

Needs a few updates

Overall the place was clean, except the living room rug looked old and dirty as well as some of the carpets. The leather couch and outdoor furniture were quite worn and the two kitchen chairs were rickety enough we didn’t dare sit in them. The mattresses weren’t super comfortable either. It was nice to have access to the pool and we were happy to have the hot tub, even though we didn’t use it. We didn’t cook much so we can’t say how well the kitchen was stocked. There was ample room for people to sit to eat. We appreciated the opportunity to add on other day or stay a little past check out. Communication from manager was prompt.

Great place

We loved staying at the Ledges! It was in a great location with a lot to do. The unit was clean & looked like the posting. The property manager was great to answer our questions or address any concerns. The swimming pool & pickle ball was right across the street so that was very convenient. The hot tub on site was great as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great home and we had a fabulous time. The rooms are spacious and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only negative things I have to report relate to maintenance. We chose this unit over others because of the private hot tub, which is very small (the description does say 4 person) the problem is it doesn’t get hot. We couldn’t get it to heat up higher than 98 degrees. The only other issue was the terrible smell coming from the front loader washing machine. It has not been properly maintained (drained or sanitized regularly). We put in a request first thing, but to wasn’t addressed until day 3. We ran hot cycle to try and help, but it really needed to be drained and sanitized. Without these two issues I would have given this a 5 star rating.

Not as nice as previous visits

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good time however... We've stayed four previous times at the Ledges (different homes each time) and the cleaning service has gone down hill since our initial stay. This home had dirty furniture, a couple of dead cockroaches in the master bedroom, the showers were dirty as well as the carpets and area rug. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers were empty in the upstairs bathroom. The value of what we paid was not worth it. The nightly rental was fine and competitive, but the cleaning fee should be refunded.
