Enjoy the privacy of your own cottage in this small, very intimate 6 unit complex located just a short 30 yards to the beach boardwalk. With no streets to cross, it's a perfect location for a vacation.

The spacious residence includes a full kitchen, large living room with sofa, loveseat and chair with ottoman a master bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed, and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. The nicely updated bathroom with walk-in shower is furnished with plenty of towels. Just outside there is a covered patio with tables and chairs for dining or relaxing, along with a BBQ for grilling. The complex includes a shared laundry room with free use of the washer and dryer.

Inside, you'll be entertained by a new 50''flat screen HDTV streaming TV in the living room. And wall mounted TV's in each of the bedrooms. We've included beach towels, all the pots and pans you'll need, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and free high-speed WIFI Internet service. The cottage retains it's charm with new LVP floors, and a wonderful cozy feel after a day enjoying the pristine Gulf of Mexico and the sugary sand beach.

Plenty of parking, walking distance to John's Pass Village, and close to all that the area has to offer. It's truly your vacation destination.

Nearby activities include sailing, kayaking, biking, shopping, parasailing, jet skiing, boat rentals, shopping, or fine dining. If you're more of a sports fan, catch a game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays, or one of the many teams that visit the area for Spring Training. Visit world-class museums, exciting concerts, or historic Florida landmarks. There's always something to do.
