Welcome to The North Cascades Riverside Retreat! This cozy cabin is perfect for the whole family (including your fur baby).

Nestled along the Skagit River, wake up to the sounds of rushing water and sight of bald eagles soaring. The cabin is located 30 minutes from the North Cascades National Park and near some of the best fishing. Unwind at the end of the day with our amenities, complete with a hot tub, BBQ grill, wood fire pit, gas fireplace and panoramic views from the expansive deck.

Step into the allure of this newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, where charm meets modern comfort. Explore the seamless fusion of coziness and convenience. Positioned off highway 20 perched above the Skagit River, 5 minutes from Red Apple Grocery Store, North Cascade's Perks Espresso & Deli, and Annie’s Pizza. Additionally, downtown Concrete is 10 minutes away, which is home to the Hub, a timely dive bar with the longest mahogany single-plank bar in the state of Washington.


Inside you are greeted by a cozy ambiance, tasteful decor, and ample natural light. The well-appointed kitchen beckons culinary enthusiasts, while the inviting living spaces create a warm atmosphere for relaxation. The master suite is located on the first floor with its own private bathroom and river views. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms designed for tranquility, ensuring a restful night's sleep-blackout blinds equipped in every room.

However, the real gem of North Cascades Riverside Retreat lies on the deck extending off the living room - walk outside and be mesmerized by views of the cedar-lined shores of Skagit River, and Mt. Baker. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine under the stars, this space is your private oasis.

The HOME

2-story family friendly cabin with keyless entry and driveway with the ability to accommodate 5 vehicles. The kitchen, dinning room, living room, half bath and master suite are on the main floor. 2 bedrooms upstairs are joined by the jack and jill bathroom. No Garage Access.

All 4 mattresses are premium hypo-allergenic Memory Foam. Soaps are provided at no cost from Public Goods/Myers - They’re free of parabeans, sulfates, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary additives — pure and simple.
>Although once on property it feels remote this cabin is located in a residential neighborhood.

>Wood is not provided so if you would like to enjoy the fire pit, please pick up firewood before or during your stay. Firewood can be found at the nearby grocery store, and many of the gas stations along the drive.

>This home has 2 steps leading to front door, several steps off the deck, and an entire flight to access the 2 other bedrooms.

>SAME DAY BOOKINGS <
We're thrilled to welcome same-day I bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings.

>ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES <
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible by request.

>SHOE-FREE ZONE <
As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care!

>PET POLICY<
We welcome dogs only due to a cat allergy. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, we provide a dedicated bed for them. We do charge $100 for the first dog and an additional $50 for every dog after. This is to ensure the space is deep cleaned for the next guest stay.

>NO SMOKING POLICY <
For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property.


>PEACEFUL HOURS FROM 10 PM ONWARD <
Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Your consideration is valued!

>NO EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS <
We request that you refrain from hosting gatherings or events in our residence. Let's preserve the cleanliness and respect the charm of our lovely home :). No unauthorized guests allowed!

Guest access
Our Guests have full access to the entire property, except for the garage, there will not be guest access.
Other things to note
ENTRY:
-A keypad is located on the front door. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB:
-To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment it is very important to please shower BEFORE using the spa, or, trust us... it will get funky! The spa has a hard time breaking down lotions, oils, perfumes, etc. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly and covering the hot tub with the dedicated cover when it’s not being used. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness.

-The Cedar Grove Residential neighborhood is a special place for us with many year round residents, some of which make this place truly special and possible to share with you. Please respect our neighbors

-Should you make a reservation within 24 hours of your intended check-in, please be aware that a 4 pm check-in may not be guaranteed due to our cleaning team's schedule and potential same-day turnovers. In such cases, the check-in time could be delayed until 6:30 pm. We recommend reaching out to us post-booking to confirm your specific check-in time.

-Security Camera:
For everyone’s safety, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. It faces only the street and records video and audio when motion is detected. All indoor areas are completely private with no cameras.
