Welcome to your destination estate in the North Cascades. Whether you want to climb Sauk Mountain or ride the Skagit River on an eagle tour, this is the perfect place for the whole family. Our estate home interior has all the charm of a lodge cabin with natural wood siding and raw wood accents. The vaulted ceiling allows for the best exposure to the river and mountains. The river rock hearths only accentuate the cozy fireplace fueled by propane for ease of use.

Just a few steps to the wild and scenic Skagit River, this home feels warm and cozy while providing enough room to spread out even with our maximum capacity of 13 guests. Enjoy the incredible view in the upper floor living room with a fully furnished balcony and dining for 6.

In the loft space, sleeping quarters can be arranged to your comfort. Enjoy the king sized bed, or let us know and we will have the queen sized Murphy bed ready to sleep two more! In the closet, find an additional twin sized roll away bed.

A night club inspired living room on the lower floor means everybody has a place to relax without crowding into one room. Enjoy our bespoke bar, river views, TV and fireplace with some great music or a game around the poker table. A nearby closet houses another roll away twin sized bed for an additional sleeper.

Walk down the hall to the infra-red sauna located outside our full bathroom with convenient shower. Our double queen bedroom is large enough to comfortably offer an additional work space for private calls in addition to sleeping space.

Just outside the living room, the hot tub with room for 6-8 is ready with mood lighting and a pathway to the outdoor fire circle. Relax to the sound of eagles chattering while they fish for dinner. Enjoy s`mores around our wood fire circle. (Wood supplied) Or when burning is not allowed, enjoy the balcony propane fire table.

Full bathrooms on each floor means no waiting in line for the shower! Each bathroom has been thoughtfully supplied with all the basics; shampoo, conditioner, body soap and more! Our high pressure showers will soothe muscles sore from hiking, climbing or rafting the river.

High speed, low latency wifi is provided throughout the home with no limitations. Stream your favorite shows, video chat with family or work remotely in our office space designed for comfort and complete with scanner/printer and direct Ethernet connection for those really important meetings.

Our main floor bedroom is a lodge-lovers delight. Log inspired furniture will treat you to an authentic experience while supplying luxurious log-style king sized bed, wall mounted TV and seating to enjoy a moment alone.

Our kitchen is completely stocked with dishes to serve 12, pantry staples like cooking oil, spices and sugar and everything you need to make a feast for the family or a dinner party. Our coffee maker makes a pot or a cup. Of course we supply the coffee! Full sized propane stove and oven, toaster, insta-pot, Calphalon pans and full sized fridge/freezer with adjustable shelves leaves you free to store anything from tall cakes to large packs of water. Our additional over-sized freezer and additional refrigerator in the basement ensure you have plenty of room for any plans!

The main living room is the show piece of the home featuring floor to vaulted ceiling windows highlighting the incredible river front view. Enjoy dining for 10 around the table with seating for four more at the kitchen bar. Our thoughtfully designed arrangement of stylish furniture means viewing is easy, whether it`s the river, the latest movie or a gentle fire.

1. HOST NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ILLNESS, INJURY OR DEATH
HOST, OWNER, and OWNER’s AGENTS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY to Guest or visitors: It is expressly understood and agreed that Host, Host and Host’s Agents will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises, both inside and outside of the house, whether on the property or elsewhere. The term “Host” refers to the property’s Host, the Host, and all Agents of Host.

The Guest understands and agrees that the Host of Skagit River Estate is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Guest specifically indemnifies and holds the Host harmless from any liability. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. If all guests on this reservation do not personally sign this waiver of liability, then the primary renter accepts liability for all guests and hereby waives any Host liability on their behalf.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS. The undersigned, on behalf of myself, my spouse (if any), my children, any minor for whom I am the guardian, my heirs, successors in interest and assigns, now and forever, waive, release, and forever discharge Host, Owner, its members, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, losses, expenses, damages, liabilities, actions, causes of action of any nature, including but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage, that in any manner arise from or relate to the rental, use, and/or operation, condition, or possession of the above referenced Property or located on the above referenced Property, including but not limited to, swimming pools, hot tubs, walking trails, wildlife, fire, storms, floods or other acts of God. This waiver and release extend to and includes any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, and causes of action that the parties do not presently anticipate, know, or suspect to exist, but that may develop, accrue, or be discovered in the future. The undersigned represents and warrants that he or she has considered the possibility that claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, and causes of action may develop, accrue, or be discovered in the future, and he or she voluntarily assumes that risk as part of this agreement.

2. DELAY OR INTERRUPTION IN PERFORMANCE

In no event shall Host be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications, or internet services. Host shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices to resume performance as soon as possible under the circumstances. No refunds will be given.

3. IMPERFECT LISTING DISCLOSURE
a. This listing is a vacation home we share with others when we are not using it.
