The main floor living room is a cozy retreat, featuring a wall of windows that flood the space with natural light, leather furniture arranged around a wood-burning fireplace, and a warm ambiance perfect for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, a large island, and ample space for preparing family meals. The dining table comfortably seats a full house, making it easy to enjoy meals together before heading out to explore.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with Roku TVs in every room, stream your favorite shows and movies on the 60” TV in the living area, the 55” TV in the game room, and TVs in each of the four bedrooms. Guests can easily log into their personal streaming accounts for a personalized viewing experience. The property is accessed via a gravel road, which may become icy or snowy during winter weather. For safety, guests should be prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles. To remain observant of HOA ordinances, please park within the designated areas: Lower parking area of the driveway in front of home. Please do not park in road as this will block the home below for egress and ingress. Additionally, do not park in the upper driveway as that belongs to another property in the community. Four exterior security cameras are positioned at the driveway, parking area, and both sides of the porch to ensure a secure and worry-free stay. Todd Escape is not pet friendly, please plan to make other arrangements for furry friends.
