Each floor includes a Master bedroom with full bath. The upstairs bath includes a whirlpool tub and separate standup shower along with a full-sized washer and dryer. Climb the spiral stairs to the Eagle's Nest loft -- a perfect, private space for a tree-house-like escape.

The Waters Fall Host Fee provides for Hound Ears 24/7 guarded/gated security, 24/7 emergency response, road clearing & grounds care and maintenance, garbage pickup, firewood, propane for outdoor fire pit, and access to the Hound Ears boulders & picnic area and Hound Ears trails. The home also includes a 24/7 outdoor security camera mounted under the eave of the porch.
