Overall, this was a nice stay for our group, and we really appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area worked great for a larger gathering, and the host was friendly and responsive.A few things could use more attention. The provided dog kennel appeared to have been used and not fully cleaned, with a ruffled blanket still inside, so we were glad we brought our own. For 17 guests, there were only about 7–8 towels, and the towels in the dryer were still damp when we arrived, so we had to finish drying them. There also wasn’t enough silverware for everyone, especially forks and spoons, so we purchased plasticware. The window sills had quite a few dead bugs, which made the cleaning feel less thorough than expected. The beds were comfortable, but they were noisy when people moved around at night, which could disturb lighter sleepers. The kitchen was stocked with a nice variety of spices, although scissors would have been helpful. Overall, the home is a great space with a lot of potential. A little more attention to cleaning, towels, and kitchen supplies would make the stay even better, especially for larger groups.
