Claimjumper A-Frame #7 is loved by many and who can blame them? With a location that is Ski In/Ski Out, river to the right, the city ponds and Zip-Line to the left, and just a minutes walk to almost everything that Red River shops and restaurants that Red River has to offer. Are you a true lover of winter sports? Stay here and you will never be disappointed! Claimjumper A-Frame #7 is the largest and most spacious A-Frame out of the 7 that sits right off of the Ski and Summer Area. Guests love the massive wrap-around deck with plenty of seating. You will have the best view of the Ski and Summer Area in town and that is something to brag about! Enjoy the views this home has to offer while cooking out on the charcoal BBQ grill for guest use! Upon entering this Arame you will see the wide-open living room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. This giving the option of family and friends watching cable or movies brought from home! Claim Jumper A-Frame #7 would also provide free WiFi for guests to enjoy during their stay! In the living room, you have two sleeper sofas that can be folded out to make two queen beds to give the option of extra sleeping areas. Also, there is a twin bed placed out of the way in the living room. Off of this room, you will open a closet door showing its washer/dryer for guests to use whenever needed. Walk past the living room into the dining area and kitchen. You will see a dining room table and to the right, the large open kitchen is the biggest of any of the A-Frames! You will have plenty of counter space and storage space for anything brought from home. As you walk up the spiral staircase there is a twin bed at the landing. To the right are the first bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the wrap-around balcony. To the left of the stairs is the second bedroom that is equipped with a queen bed and a door that opens up to the wrap-around deck and looks right onto the Platinum Chair Lift. Both of these bedrooms have access to the upstairs hallway bathroom. Stay in the Red River famous A-Frame's that is such a high demand for guests looking to stay in this beautiful town! These homes are known by anyone who has ever been to Red River!

Location Location Location

We have gone the last several years to RR- if you are going to ski.... there is no better house to stay in. So fun to walk across to the lifts. We were a family of 5 and it fit us perfectly.

really nice A-Frame with the best location & deck to watch skiers. The huge upper deck has a nice chiminea to use to keep you warm. walking distance to most shops & restaurants

Ski trip

My stay was wonderful but there was only two ankle biters: some of the cleaning supplies were used and old, and the upstairs TVs didn’t function very well. Very minor issues for me and everything else was fabulous, we would love to stay again in the future.

Great cabin!

The cabin was clean and great. The only problem was that the hot water in the downstairs tub/shower didn’t work. The maintenance man said it might take a few days to get the part to fix it. So there were 6 of us with only one shower. Had it not been for this issue, I would have left a 10. Also, I had to contact the mgt several times before the maintenance man even came to look. We’d love to stay here again, just with working plumbing!

Access to Everything

The A-frame home was literally the closest anyone could gain access to what the town had to offer. Just a few steps, and we were on the ski lift. A few more to the local diner and brewery. The home was stocked with the basic tools for cooking a hearty meal. Only one of 3 TV’s was functional, but we weren’t there for indoor entertainment, so it fit our needs just fine. Highly recommended for 2 couples with children. Anymore and it becomes a little cramped. We are definitely returning.

Great location

Love the property and location. Check in and out was easy. Double check your dates. Almost the entire town shuts down when ski season is over for a few weeks. We arrived the day the ski mountain closed. We drove to ski at at Sipapu. One restaurant was open for breakfast in town and one place for dinner. Just know this if you book end of March through mid-April. It’s an expensive place to stay if you have to drive a hour to eat and ski. We were not aware the town was going to be deserted. We’ll have to return during the ski season. The town and A-frame is adorable!

Great locations

Cute little cabin only two cons there seems to be a light black soot on everything, I’m assuming from gas fireplace that heats whole cabin, my grandkids had black socks and hands from playing inside, ever time I wiped a counter it would be on my rag. The dishes were not clean but I guess you can’t trust everyone to rinse then put into dishwasher and not put up if still dirty …don’t plan on any major cooking as it’s a sparsely equipped kitchen, but overall it’s a good location and economical enough tha I would recommend if you are staying in RR.

Great cabin.

This little A frame puts you right in the center of it all. Slept 7 comfortably. Well maintained property. Would stay there again, especially for ski season.

Amazing Location!

This cabin was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for everyone, plus some! The kitchen was perfect, even though I chose not to cook. It had everything if I would have. The bathrooms are very spacious and clean! The only downside was no air conditioning, and no windows on the top floor. They do provide box fans to help with some cooling. We loved that it was walking distance to everything! We can’t wait to come back!

The floor under the area rug in the living room was filthy looked like the rug has never been taken out and dusted and the floor swept. Loved the wrap around balcony great view of the slopes

Great cabin for a larger family or small group. Easy to walk everywhere in town and to the slope. Good management with smooth check-in/check-out each time.

Perfect summer location!

Great location, right in he middle of all the summer fun. Near the river & fishing ponds. We took an ATV & we could jump right on it & get to the trails easily. Easy to walk to Shotgun Willies for breakfast & Capo's for lunch. Oh, and homemade ice cream right across the street! I would suggest bringing folding chairs if you plan to sit on the downstairs patio, but other than that, the cabin had everything we needed! We highly recommend dinner at Sundance...& save room for the sopapillas!!!

Great location! Relaxing family vacation!

Super location right across from Platinum Lift! Our family couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. We felt right at home in this roomy A frame. It was so convenient to everything... The kids could go to the playhouse gameroom, tubing and the main chalet. We walked to everything... Yummy restaurants, Der Markt, zip line, go carts, etc. The wrap around deck was great for apres ski and watching skiers and people day and night. This spot has all that you could ever need or want. #7 is so well equipped with great kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 nice big bathrooms, gas fire stove, etc... We can't wait to come back and stay here again!
