Located just a couple of blocks from main street, this quaint 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom is perfect for a family. After walking through the front door directly to the left is a bunk room with 3 single beds with a TV. Back into the main room of the house, you will find a large dining room perfect for a big family meal or to play games at. Just before the table is the second bedroom with a cozy en suite bathroom. To the left of the table is a sitting room complete with a cozy fireplace and a TV. Across from the fireplace is a large kitchen perfect to cook and an island to keep everyone together. The door in the kitchen leads to the washer and dryer and the half bath. Past the sitting area are the other two bedrooms. The one to the right is the master bedroom with a futon and an en suite bathroom with a tub. The bedroom on the left also has a couch and an en suite bathroom. This home is cozy and sleeps plenty for the family to visit Red River!

Cozy cabin, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ski Lope Lodge. It was a really cute cabin and a great location. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others as well.

Christmas Vacation

We've visited Red River many times over the last 15 yrs and this was the best cabin we've stayed at. The location was great and being able to see the ski mountain was awesome. We will definitely rent this place again. Thanks

River charm lodge was great !

Overall experience was great. Views were awesome. The only thing that was missing was mixing bowls in kitchen and they was no cable box in one of the bedrooms. But I would definitely stay here again.

Ski Trip 2025

We loved our stay at the Ski Lope Lodge. It was perfect for multiple families with kids. Large living room area for meals and games. My only complaint would be not having a nonstick cooking pan. The pans provided were not the best for cooking no matter how much oil/butter we used they stuck really bad. This was a minor inconvenience but if you plan on cooking I would recommend bringing your own frying pan. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We apologize you had this issues during you stay we wished you would have brought these issues up when you came in this morning to extend your stay. Anytime there is an issue we try to resolve it right away when you report it so we were not aware of these issues during your stay. Please for future let us know as soon as you have issues and we do our best to resolve them. As for the drive way it is a dirt driveway and during spring break a lot of the snow melts and makes it muddy and we can not do anything about that till it dry's up.

Great Location, Great Views.

We loved our stay at Ski Lope Lodge. We watched the torch parade from the back patio to kick off our stay and later in the week watched family ski down The Face. The house was a great set up for several couples as we each had our own King bed. The kids loved their room, too. As a mom trying to sort lots of ski gear, this house was perfect since it has hooks everywhere for hanging jackets, bibs, and all the other odds and ends needed for skiing. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We will be back!

Location was great. Interior and furniture is dated. The beds are in bad shape. There is no heat in the bedrooms therefore you have to leave the doors open at night or it is cold. The drive way could use some gravel, it was a muddy mess.

Annual Family trip

We have come to Red River for the past three years and have stayed in 3 different places. This one was extremely accommodating, was a great location. Could walk anywhere in town. It was the perfect old school cabin in the mountains feel. I read some previous reviews before our stay and some commented about the climate of the home. The heater works great almost too good in the main living area. The bedrooms definitely got colder at night but not an uncomfortable cold. I suggest bringing a radiator for the bathrooms. Or keep the bedroom doors open at night. Otherwise, extremely comfortable for 50 year old, 30s and very young children. Highly recommend the home.

Suitable, but old

We visited during Ski season, property is old and needs an upgrade. Floors are uneven, doors do not open or close easily, only one floor furnace, so most of unit gets very cold. Dark paneling, so what light there was did not light up the entire property. Would be very suitable for summer visit, but not the best for winter visit. Two blocks off main street, so easy to walk to town for shopping.

Terrible accommodations

This is by far the worst place I’ve stayed. I would have put up with all the non sense but here it goes. Two rolls of toilet paper. Hardly any cooking ware. Zero kitchen essentials. No fans. No a/c. Not even a broom to sweep. Charges a cleaning fee if you don’t do dishes. But only leaves you one dish towel. Very rude staff. I will never rent from this agency ever again.

Thank you for your review, we value all responses and criticisms we receive. We apologize that you did not have enough essentials for your group as you had gone over the occupancy of the house. As stated in the description, this house as most in Red River doesn’t have A/C. Our staff is more than happy to provide more kitchen supplies but have the right to refuse service to do so when you threaten them. We are happy to hear that you will no longer be renting from us as we will no longer be renting to you.
