This 2 bed, 2 bath ground-floor getaway has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Newly refreshed, your stay has all the comforts of home. Full-sized appliances include a washer/dryer combo and 50" Roku LCD. Even luggage is easy with parking steps from the door!
The space
Decorated in a nautical theme, you really can "seas the day" on Oyster Quay.

Garden views with hues of gray, whites, and blue immediately calm the soul entering this spacious villa. The living room seats 6-8 comfortably and has a pull-out queen sofa bed for night guests.

The kitchen has full-sized appliances (including side-side fridge with icemaker) and kitchenware ready to meet your "inner chef." The dining area seats six people with board games ready to be played.

The private back patio has a small table and four chairs and a BBQ pit for cooking out. Outdoor closet has beach gear for use on the honor system.

The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable with easy to reach plugs for charging your equipment at night. All cotton sheets are new and high thread count. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has twin beds. The master bedroom also has a quiet work area, if tempted to "check-in" during your stay (don't do it:). The bathrooms are clean and bright with good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Parking is easy and free with two spots in front of the building, approximately 25-feet from the front door. The front door has a security-coded lock, so you have immediate and easy access when coming and going (and no keys to track).

200Mbs of high-speed internet via privately protected WiFi all you to connect, as you choose. The 50" LCD in the living room has a built-in Roku for easy access to your favorite streaming services, including free access to Spectrum's Silver cable package (no cable box needed).
Guest access
The front door has a security-coded lock, so you have immediate and easy access when coming and going (and no keys to track). The code for your stay will be sent a week in advance of check-in and is changed for every new guest.

We take great pride in keeping the unit in great shape and very clean. We appreciate guests who feel the same about their surroundings. By all means, enjoy our home and all it has to offer.
