Parking is Tandem and must follow parking rules and restriction to be communicated after booking.

Parking Instructions

1) Please park the car behind Black Hyundai or Ford Mini Van. Car should be in line with Garage door so that other cars may be parked beside it and as close to garage/Car as possible. As another car will be parked behind your car in Tendem.

Please note that your car will be parked in Tendem with other occupant.

You can park the car in this spot latest by 11:30PM after that time other occupant will park the car infront. After 11:30PM we will not be able to guarantee you if your spot for parking will be available, as other occupant may park the car and your spot will be blocked for parking, in which case you have to park car in street.

Please note that parking in the street from 2:00am to 6:00am is not permitted and may be tickets by city of Mississauga.

In the morning other occupant will remove the car by 9:00am.

Please park the car facing towards street.

Smoking and Quite Hour Policy

smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of the property. If you need to smoke it should at street level which is not premise of the property. If this rule is violated your stay will be terminated.

Also please mindful during quiet hours. Please keep volume of TV and music very low after 10:00PM.

Also please walk slowly after 10:00PM as footsteps noise may disturb other occupants. Quiet hours are 10:00PM to 7:00AM.
