Nestled in the heart of Hochatown, Broken Bow, Oklahoma, this peaceful forest-surrounded neighborhood offers the best of southeast Oklahoma’s outdoor paradise. You’re just a short drive from Broken Bow Lake — a 14,000-acre natural gem perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, and scenic picnics — and close to Beavers Bend State Park, known for miles of hiking trails, trout fishing, river floats, and wildlife watching.

Car is best for getting around.

• Local Construction Notice:

New retail buildings are currently under construction behind the cabin during daytime hours only. While evenings and nights are quiet and undisturbed, guests may notice construction activity outdoors during the day.

• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+. One-time driver’s license verification is required (confidential, not shared).

• Rental Agreement: Simple form to be signed before your stay.

• No Smoking: Smoking indoors will result in fees.
