The space
Step out from your private front entrance and you'll be greeted by the quiet streets one of Edmonton's most desirable neighborhood's, Westmount!

What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- 4 Separate Bedrooms - 1 king-sized bed and a 50" Smart TV with complementary Netflix, 2 queen-sized beds, and a twin-sized bunk bed
- Our house features THREE 3 piece washrooms, one for the main bedroom and one for sharing in the upstairs, another one in the basement plus a half bath on the main floor.
- Beautifully decorated space with Ultra-Modern yet cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-check in via. secure door keypad.
- TONS of available street parking.
- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 50" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
- The Westmount area is home to plenty of buzzworthy restaurants helmed by creative chefs serving farm-to-table fare.

Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed in the 2nd upstairs bedroom, a twin-sized bunk bed in the 3rd upstairs bedroom. In the basement is a bedroom with a Queen bed. We also have a double sized sofa bed in the living room.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including a double car garage located at the back of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to West Edmonton Mall or the Downtown Core or Whyte Ave - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

Please note that this home have another suite that is also a short term rental AND is not accessible to our guests.

Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

- The patio has been winterized for the winter season and is currently unavailable until the spring season.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please reach out on the platform with any questions or concerns you may have!

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
