Unfortunately, public transportation and taxis in the western region, including our area, are very limited. Additionally, services like Uber and Lyft may not operate reliably here. To fully explore the area and enjoy all the attractions and experiences we have to offer, we highly recommend renting a car during your stay.

Due to recent atmospheric events affecting our island, occasional power outages may occur unexpectedly. While these circumstances are beyond our control and sporadic, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay and deeply appreciate your understanding and patience.
1. Pool Hours:
SUN -THU 9:00 AM to 900 PM, FRI- SAT 9:00 AM to 10:00PM. Enjoy the pool, but please be mindful of these hours.
2. Quiet hours:
To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed without prior consent from the host.
4. Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
5. Guests:
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
Parking:
6. Two parking spaces are assigned to the house identified as 28 and 29. Please use only this spaces.
7. Keys and Gate RFID tag:
Please take good care of your gate keys. There is a $50 replacement fee for lost beach access gate key and $100 for the complex’s entrance gate RFID Tag.
8. Furniture: Treat the furniture with care. Guests are responsable for any damaged or lost items.
9. Trash:
Please take out the trash before you check out. Dispose of all waste in the dumpster located next to the entrance gate.
10. Pet Policy:
We allow one pet (dog or cat). If you are bringing a pet (dog or cat), it must be flea and tick-free and up-to-date on prevention vaccines. Pets (dog or cat) should not be left unattended inside the house or common areas at any time. Additionally, the pet (dog or cat) must weigh no more than 45 pounds. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pet's behavior does not disturb other guests or cause damage to the property.
11. Toilet Use:
Do not flush toilet paper, wipes, or tampons in the toilet. Please use the small trash bin provided. A $300 fee will be charged for clogged toilets.
12. Visitors:
We do not accept visitors beyond those who are registered.
13. Noise:
Please behave respectfully and avoid disturbances that may bother neighboring properties.
14. Water Safety:
Be mindful of pool and water safety as there is no lifeguard on duty.
15. Washer and Dryer:
Guests are welcome to use the machines. Please ensure all sand is thoroughly removed from items before placing them in the machines.
