The villa features a spacious bedroom and two bathrooms, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the spectacular views. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private balcony, where the sound of the waves creates a soothing backdrop.
Just off the entry is the master bedroom en-suite. Fall asleep each night in the comfy King bed. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the cozy living area invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. The laundry is in the hall closet with a stacked washer and dryer. A second full bath is just down the hall, featuring full bath with walk-in shower. With modern amenities, including air conditioning and high-speed internet, you'll feel right at home. Roku TV available, bring your tv app password logins.
The deck overlooks the water with views to the ocean. This villa also provides an AWNING that you can crank open for added shade. The beach is close to Camp St. Christopher. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
