Dolce Villa Dessimi is a beautiful stone villa located in the ideal place for total relaxation right on the beach.
Enjoy a privileged tranquil setting, being completely private but also surrounded by amenities such as boat hire and tavernas.
Dolce Villa Dessimi has been designed as, and is still primarily, a family home.
We offer a modern kitchen with ALL necessities. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, even a Nespresso machine, for those who wish to bring their own Nespresso coffee capsules. There is a large size fridge for the family and a dishwasher for the dishes after the meals.
A wine rack is also available for storing your precious wines and enjoying them each day. 3 separate bedrooms all with reverse cycle air-conditioning and lots of built in wardrobe space, one also with a generous en-suite and the other two sharing a family style bathroom, plus a 3rd toilet with laundry facilities downstairs.
There are 2 dining areas, one internal and one external, along with a separate lounge to meet all your dining and entertaining needs. The lounge also has a sofa bed for occasions when it’s needed.
Externally you are only 3 steps from the beach in one of the best bays in Lefkada. After your swim, you can enjoy your own private sunning area with 3 sun-lounges and drinks table.
The backyard area is perfect for the kids to enjoy a game of beach paddle, once again in safety and privacy. You can also enjoy a quiet drink at sunset on the 2 love seats under the main olive tree, with a spectacular view of the picturesque Dessimi Bay and both Meganisi and Attikos Islands.
Later there are BBQ facilities including a preparation area and an outdoor sink to ensure you have it all at your fingertips. For those who like to indulge, there is a wood fired outdoor pizza oven.
With secure parking for at least 2 cars, its not just a home away from home, it’s a home plus more…..

Dolce Villa Dessimi was a dream of ours for many years, and was finally realised with the completion of the house in August 2012.

Dessimi Bay is like balm to the soul. It allows you to leave reality behind and rejuvenate and heal. From the minute you arrive you can feel you are immersed in a very special place. It soothes and relaxes.
Sitting on the tree swing listening to the waves lapping on the shore you start to believe you've found paradise.
It is certainly worth waking early and taking breakfast al fresco to catch the sun rising magnificently over the tranquil bay, spreading its light and warmth out to the mirror like sea in front of you.
