This clean, 3-story duplex (2 stories plus basement) has been recently renovated and offers ample space and comfort for your stay.

Main Bedroom (Second Floor): A cozy queen-sized bed, a 32-inch TV, and a designated workspace with a desk and office chair.

Additional Bedroom (Second Floor): A second queen-sized bed.

Third Bedroom (Basement): Two full-sized futons, ideal for extra guests.

The home also features two full bathrooms (on the second floor and basement) and a half bath on the first floor for convenience.

Family-Friendly Amenities:

Entertainment: A 55-inch TV in the first-floor living room and a 65-inch TV in the basement, along with a variety of board games and a couple of video game systems.

Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen, perfect for guests who prefer to cook their own meals.

Outdoor Space: A spacious deck that includes a hangout area and a grill to enjoy with family or friends.

Accessibility:

Please note that this home may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Access to the basement is via a sloped walk around the house, but the first floor is accessed by stairs from the front porch or basement, and the second floor is accessible only by stairs. Additionally, there are no support bars in the bathrooms or showers. We aim to ensure all guests are fully informed before booking.
