Kitchen was fully equipped for any cooking we did. The property was pet friendly. Very quiet street, close to the ocean & the river.

Great location

All you need at your fingertips. You forgot something, no worries Helene got it (literally)! This home was very clean, spacious and open!! I love everything about it. Just 3 minutes walking distance to the beach was a plus for me!! We enjoyed our stay and hope you will as well.

Perfect Cottage by the Sea

This property provided the perfect respite for a month of exploring the Florida coastline. Charming cottage with lots of space and amenities. Located on a quite street that leads straight to the beach. Can't wait to plan the next stay...

Excellent Property!

We enjoy the stay in this lovely home. Beautiful property, very convenient to beach and local stores and restaurants as well, there is one in walking distance. I do consider coming back! Highly recommended!

Quiet and Cozy

This wonderful place is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy, close to the beach, fully stocked with everything you may need, and has very gracious and responsive owners

Everything as advertised

We enjoyed our time at the beach house, and would stay again if we get the chance. The home is in a great neighborhood and close proximity to the beach. This is a nicely remodeled home, and would suggest it for couples or small families.

Located Close to Lots of Great Areas

Nice, comfortable home located in very safe and friendly neighborhood...just a block from the ocean. Located close to areas such as Daytona, New Smyrna Beach, St. Augustine, DeLand, Blue Springs State Park, Flagler Beach. Several great restaurants within driving distance. Wonderful sunrises while walking the beach. Would certainly stay again!

Wonderful home, host, location, amenities and experience

I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends. There is nothing the owners didn't think of to make your stay the best possible. This was our first time booking a stay like this and it couldn't have been an easier experience. Unfortunately we were not able to complete our stay and the owners were so considerate and understanding. They were amazing to work with and I cannot say enough good about them and the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Snowbird Home Away From Home

We have stayed here for 2 months the last few years and can't wait to go again next year. The location in a quiet neighborhood makes it feel like home and the availability of EVERYTHING we needed for cooking/baking, bicycleing, beaching,etc is wonderful. The extra guest bedroom/bathroom is a real plus for friends who stop by. The hosts are fantastic and a pleasure to interact with. See you next year!

Ormond by the sea

The house was very nicely set up and the most fully stocked place we’ve ever rented. This made our stay very convenient. The beds were all very comfortable, and the house was spacious. You never felt cramped. Our access to the beach was a key reason for picking the location. The only issue we had was spotty Internet at times however the host was extremely responsive and very communicative, which we were grateful for.

Best vacation rental experience ever!

Property - From start to finish this was a great vacation home. Perfect location, friendly neighbors, and community. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need or want to have a memorable vacation. Highly recommend staying here.

Felt Like Home

This house was immaculate and came stocked with virtually every appliance, gadget, and utensil known to man....along with being fully stocked with paper products and condiments. You could tell that it truly is someone's home, not just a "rental property". The owner was very responsive, polite and professional. We would highly recommend this house.

Ormond-By-The-Sea Paradise

The house is cute and cozy and had everything we needed for a wonderful time of making sweet memories at this quiet and pleasant neighborhood so close to the beach. This was our second visit and we hope there will be many more.

The Perfect Mid-Winter Escape

Ormond-by-the-Sea is a beautiful location with lots of walking paths for our dog. We were able to walk to the local cantina in the afternoons, to the beach and to the river.. The house was filled with supplies and was such a pleasant space. Our host decorated in a whimsical, colorful theme. We felt at home right from the start. Our neighbors were friendly, quiet and helpful. We're looking forward to a return visit!

Warm and Wonderful

The unseasonably warm February gave us plenty of time to enjoy the sunshine on the patio or at the beach which was a very short walk away. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The owners were so wonderfully attentive to any questions and made our stay the best time we've ever had in Florida!

beach vacation

We loved this beach house. It had everything we needed and was a short, convenient walk to the beach. The only complaint was the wi fi, which only worked about half the time. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We would definitely return!
