Just bring your toothbrush. Beautiful updated 3 bedroom 1.5 bath ranch home approx. 1100 sq. ft. that sleeps 6 and has a big 42" screen TV in living room. There are also TV's in all bedrooms. Cable and internet access is provided and there is a large completly fenced back yard. The house also has a garage and outside shower with hot and cold water to get the beach sand off your toes and bathing suit. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook or just order out. Enjoy the smell of food on the grill and the scents of the fresh air. Walk a couple of blocks in either direction to get on the beach or the Intracoastal.The sunsets are outstanding and you can listen to the surf from the patio as you gaze at the beauty of the stars at night. Convenient food shopping, restaurants, fine dining, night life, pharmacy, gas stations, pizza, convenience stores, boat/kayak rentals, fishing and bait stores. Approximately 10 minutes to Main Street Daytona Beach, 20 minutes to Daytona International Speedway and Airport, 15 minutes to Flagler and 45 minutes to St.Augustine. If fishing is of interest, the Atlantic ocean, Halifax Intra Coastal Waterway, St. Johns river and Flagler Pier provide some of the best fishing in Florida. The Peabody Auditorium offers a great diversity of entertainment from Broadway Shows, Stand-up Comedy to Rock and Country concerts. The beauty of "The Loop" seems like a dream as you experience it from a motorcycle, bicycle, your car or just a walk. We also offer long term and seasonal rate.

We stayed in this home for almost a month while waiting on our new home to be completed. It is a very short walk to the beach, and close to great food and shopping. The house has a well stocked kitchen, lots of beach accessories , and has a large, fenced in back yard that our pups loved. The owner is quick to respond to questions and is one of the kindest people we’ve ever met.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed being walking distance to the nice, quiet beach and the Halifax River. The house was comfortable and clean. It was well furnished with towels and kitchen items.

Very comfortable property

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet property in a quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed for our stay. Minutes to the beach. Good location to visit Daytona to the south and St. Augustine to the north. Owner helpful and responsive.

Great place with one caveat

The property was great as was the homeowner, but those interested should know that the next door neighbor flew a confederate flag high on a flag pole.

Perfect Winter Retreat

I couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this lovely home. The location was perfect for easy access to the beach, local restaurants and plenty of shopping and places to visit. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The house was clean and well maintained and the backyard was perfect for my pets to enjoy the outdoors with plenty of room to exercise. Pete was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the area. We are looking forward to a return visit to this area and know we have the perfect place to stay.

Best vaca always

Just love it there. I use to live there. Went to Embry Riddle. I moved back to NY and sold my house. I love coming back. I miss it. The area is so beautiful. Our host is awesome and his beautiful house is as well. See you next year!! And every year. God willing. Thanks again Pete

Best month ever

Home away from home.. this house is perfect. Fenced yard, quiet neighborhood, clean well stocked house right down to beach toys. My dog loved the yard and neighbors dog. People are friendly and houses are well maintained. Great park with a ramp for easy access to beach. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Can’t say enough about this home. I’ll be back Pete. We loved the house, the location to the beach and quiet neighborhood

My wife retired from teaching last May and this was the first opportunity to spend January in a warmer place than Ohio. We had a 10 minute walk to the Ocean and a great beach for walking miles. On colder days there were many areas and places to visit. The kitchen had everything we needed for fixing meals and there are plenty of good restaurants within a short 10 minute drive. Pete was very responsive to any questions or issues. We loved our first month long stay in Florida during the winter months and are planning on returning for a longer time next year. This house is wonderful! It is your home away from home. The sliding door opens up to a fenced in back yard for your pets or children. It is a quiet neighborhood and quite safe. Walk a block or so and cross over A1A to the beach. Stores and restaurants near by, either walk or car. Depends on how much you enjoy walking. There is also a small post office on A1A and a larger one off of Halifax Ave. The house is truly perfect. We enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great house, great location!!!

We recommend this property for anyone visiting Ormond Beach, Florida. The house, itself, was well equipped, comfortable and in a GREAT location... 3 blocks to the Ocean within walking distance. Many restaurants and stores not too far from the house. Really nice neighborhood that felt safe and secure. The large back yard is fenced in and our dog loved it! Spent many nights on the back patio where we would star gaze and hear the Ocean. Any issues that popped up at the house during our stay, Pete took care of immediately. He was a phone call away and on top of things. Pete and Betty are great landlords! We spent two months in the home and were sad to leave. Looking forward to returning again in the future. Thank you Pete and Betty!!!

A delightful home

Light, bright and comfortable home, easy access to beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. We made good use of the fenced in back yard with patio and bbq grill. Nice neighborhood, nice neighbors, quiet street. We were very fortunate to be able to extend our stay there while our own house was being renovated. Landlord is the best.

Simply wonderful

We have renewed our rental because our home isn't ready for occupancy yet. This house has become our home away from home. Amazing house and location!

The house was just as described very clean, nice kitchen, and everything we needed to have a great vacation. Having the fenced in yard was definitely a plus for our dog. Only a couple of blocks to the intercoastal and also to the beach, was great for fishing and just relaxing too. The neighborhood was very safe and everyone very friendly.

We came from South Jersey (exit#3) in 2004 to visit our brand new Grandson and fell in love with Ormond-By-The-Sea. Grand Mom told Pop Pop "this looks like our new home".... the rest is history. If you enjoy the Shore this is paradise.

The property is located in a lazy laid back quiet friendly neighborhood. You are just a short walk to the ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway. The home is cute and big enough to suit 6 people. The garage can handle your car or a couple of motorcycles easily. We enjoy sitting and grilling on the back patio or just sitting on the front porch when not outside playing in the sun somewhere.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love listening to the surf at night and star gazing from the rear patio. The palm trees, rubber tree, elephant ear plants and other back yard vegetation provide the ambiance while you sip your morning coffee. What a way to relax and enjoy life.
