This beautiful 2/2 condo is located on the first floor of the Silver Sands condo property. Only steps away from both the No-Drive portion of New Smyrna Beach and the Silver Sands oceanfront pool, this condo is a perfect location for constant fun in the sun.

The master bedroom has a brand new tall memory foam King mattress. The guest bedroom has both a Queen bed and a Bunk bed (2 twin beds) providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to a total of 6 guests! You can plan on comfortable beds with all new, clean and fresh linens on each bed. This condo is comfortable, cozy, and directly on the beach- Everything you need to have a great Florida Vacay!

We had a great time, clean and well equipped. Walking out to the beach was amazing. New Smyrna itself is easy to navigate and the perfect size for family vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a lovely location, the place was very clean, but I agree with a previous reviewer, a small amount of work would bring up the level of the place (repair the holes in the walls/ceiling from previous pictures, weatherstripping under the front door, etc). We were quite comfortable, except for the fact that it was a construction site while we were there, we were not forwarned that we would be woken up by what sounded like a jackhammer outside the window on our first morning. To be fair, it was less noisy after I complained. We were offered a chance to move, BUT not to another waterfront location (which is what we paid for), and were not offered any sort of financial recompense. Also, there is no land line to call out on, and no cell service (unless you go out to the parking lot in front of the building). I really feel that with the lack of cell service, a land line phone for local calls should be provided, considering the price.

Thank you for your review and suggestions. We greatly appreciate guest feedback as we use it to update and improve our condos. Thankfully, the construction at Silver Sands is completed and will not be a disturbance to any other guests. In the event that we have to move guests, we always try to move them to a comparable condo or make up the difference in price with a refund. We were not able to show you any other condo options as you told our manager that you did not have the desire to move. Since the majority of the condos in our inventory are oceanfront, it would have definitely been an option to relocate you to another condo right on the beach if you wanted to move. We hope we get the chance to host you again to make up for the construction disturbance during your last stay.

Beautiful ocean views. Very well equipped condo.

Had a great time. Close to amenities. Just wish there was a washer and dryer inside the condo. Had to pay 2.50 per washer and dryer and they didn't always work properly. Also would have liked skid resistant tread in showers. Slippery floors.

Since the property was closed for construction in March of 2022, you opted to move to another condo we manage. This condo at Silver Sands does indeed have a washer and dryer located inside the condo. Great unit and complex

Great bottom floor unit in a safe and clean condo complex. Management team was extremely responsive and the unit was well stocked with all we needed and had plenty of space for our family of four. We loved being on the ground floor, especially having kids, and everyone we met was friendly. The pool was right outside the unit and extremely clean, and the beach was only a few steps away. A great vacation!

Wonderful beach house

The condo was beautiful and the location was awesome. My husband and I went down with our two girls (8 & 21 months), my niece (8), and my mother. There was plenty of space for everyone and the location right by the pool was perfect for the kids. Just a few more steps and you were on the beach, which was beautiful and very clean and not crowded at all. The room was very clean and well equipped with things that we needed. My only negative was that sometimes the front door didn’t lock. You use a code to get in and sometimes you would have to enter it and then other days it would not stay locked regardless of how hard we tried. My husband called the front desk and she sent maintenance to look at it. Otherwise, it was a perfect spot and we would definitely stay again.

Very clean & quiet

The condo is very clean, well outfitted with amenities. I LOVED the beach chairs, towels and toys supplied. Upon arrival, there was some laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags. some toilet paper, and dish soap left out for us, so nice to have these! The washer and dryer in the unit, very helpful, especially with two little ones. The smart tvs are perfect, beds were very, very comfortable. The layout was perfect. We had to contact the property management with a couple of questions, they answered everything in a great and a timely manner. I was very impressed with Bridget and her customer service. The complex is very well kept, and quiet. There are not a lot of units, so it was not overly packed. The residents were very kind and courteous. The pool is beautiful, we really liked the bathroom being right below. The beach is spectacular, and from the unit we could see the ocean a bit. Recommendations for owners: There could be some updates done to the walls, otherwise it was well kept. There could be some tupperware or any type of bowls with lids, that was a bit of a hassle. There was ample closet space, but not dressers in the bedroom with the bunk beds, it really limited where to put the kids clothes. Overall, I would recommend this unit! Thank you for a great stay :)

Two weeks of fun with family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at SilverSands was very good. Our kids and grandkids joined us and they all had alot of fun. Because we had young kids, we ate in alot so the kitchen was not as well stocked as we might have wanted but all and all we made it work. Vacay employee Gordon was super when we called and went above and beyond to help us out.

Amazing rental!! Definitely a must!!!! Book now!!

Having a first floor rental was awesome for trips back to the room for food or drinks. LOVED the neighbors. The friendliest people ever! The rental was very clean and accommodating. The master bed is more comfy than my expensive bed at home! So glad we rented and I would most definitely rent again if we ever return to NSB.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit shows signs of wear such as paint chips, worn out flooring, rusty front door and other such minor things that are typical of a unit that someone owns for the simple purposes of renting. All things that a handy man and a small amount of money could do and make this unit considerably better. Florida Vacay was very good to deal with, very personable and nice. I would use them again in the future.

Good value for the price

I’ve stayed at many NSB properties over the years and this place was by far the cleanest of all. The kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided and were new. Being on the first floor was really convenient to walking right out to the pool area and the beach. The condo is located in a smaller building compared to other condos in NSB and was quite and not overrun with a lot of people. Perfect for me. The management company was very easy to work with and was very responsive. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend.
