Come relax, unwind, and soak in the breathtaking views of our 15 acre farm and the ambiance of the nearby 1,300 acre preserve with everything that nature has to offer.


The space
Welcome to The Gem of Fallbrook, a family owned working avocado farm, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood of Fallbrook surrounded by endless mountain views and vineyards as far as the eye can see. The early morning air brings in incredible sunrises and evenings frequently end with the most spectacular sunsets!

* Enjoy our modern design with some fresh air and a calming serenity as you get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

* The scenic drive you will make upon arrival meanders along a mountainous road and carries on through an abundance of whimsical tree tunnels. This driving experience alone is priceless and worth the booking!

* Walking distance to local wineries, vineyards, and hiking trails. Also close to many wedding venues, casinos, hot air balloon rides and more!


* The open floor plan is perfect for spending time together during all hours of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, a butlers pantry, and an all granite central island with barstools. The living room includes a wood burning fireplace. All furniture is brand new and the modern interior design has recently been updated.

* King Sized bed with decorative ceiling fan and a sizeable closet.

Bedroom #2
* Queen Sized bed with private attached bathroom and closet.

Bedroom # 3 (The Game Room)
* Fully equipped with a ping pong table, Giant Jenga, TV and a sofa with a queen-sized pull out bed along with a stackable washer and dryer - for your needs.

* Our home also offers a private patio abundant with plants and flowers. The perfect space for sitting with nature while you sip your morning cup of coffee!

* ONLY SMALL dogs are allowed

* The yard's fence is small and the wilderness is vast - please be mindful and keep your furry friends safe while staying.

#3. NO PARTIES -
* Only the guests accounted for at booking may stay on the property.
* Keep noise levels down after 9:00 pm
