The Seahorse Cottage

Our private, old Florida, suite located in historic downtown Bradenton with spacious back deck, king bed, sitting area, kitchen, fast FREE WiFi & parking. Walk to the Riverfront where you will enjoy dining, shopping and some amazing waterfront views. Just minutes to AMI beaches, shops, and endless fun. Walkable to local museums, Planetarium, IMG and other local favorites. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood this suite makes for an enjoyable, peaceful stay.



The Seahorse Cottage is located on a large lot 2 blocks from downtown Bradenton, royal palm tree lined streets and front yard views of the Manatee River. Birds sing with calm coastal breezes. Off street parking, and large deck with several seating areas. Close to world renowned beaches. Mini-split system provides AC and heat which you control. Bikes are on site and available for use during your stay.

Clean bed linens, quilts, and pillows for each bed. An extra set of sheets and pillow will be provided for the trundle bed.

The Seahorse Cottage is for your exclusive enjoyment. Private entrance and space. The large backyard deck is a shared area with 2 other cottages on this large property. Laundry area is available for stays longer than 5 days upon request. You are responsible for your own laundry supplies.



We do not want to disturb you during your vacation, but if you need us, do not hesitate to reach out. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in unit. Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

There are plenty of Uber’s and Freebie. There is also the Gulf Island Ferry within walking distance from the property, which runs daily to Anna Maria Island (you must purchase tickets).



Please keep the Cottage clean and tidy, and more important enjoy yourself and the beauty of the surrounding area! You are responsible for the safety of yourself and guests. We take pride in preparing our cottage for each guest and in doing so, we take inventory of the household contents. If anything happens to be broken, missing, or if extra cleaning is needed after your stay, please understand that additional charges may be incurred. Please NO SMOKING in the unit. When smoking outdoors, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER GUESTS ON SITE.



Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offers trip insurance for each reservation that can be purchased at time of reservation. If you missed this opportunity at the time of reservation, you will need to seek private trip insurance, IF YOU WANT TO SECURE CANCELLATION OUTSIDE OF THE CANCELLATION PERIOD.
