Escape to Evergreen Lake Cottage, a peaceful retreat nestled in the mountains near Warden Lake, West Virginia. Just a short drive from Washington D.C. and Winchester, our cozy cabin offers seclusion, stunning mountain views, and ultimate relaxation on six private acres. Whether you're looking to unwind in the hot tub, gather around the fireplace, or explore the outdoors, this is the perfect getaway for families, couples, and friends. Enjoy starry nights by the fire pit, lazy mornings on the porch swing, and the serenity of nature all around you.
The living room features vaulted, natural pine ceilings, farmhouse-style painted wood walls, and a stone hearth with a wood stove. A large sectional serves as the perfect spot for long naps or epic games of chess, and the dining room table is the perfect place for meals or game nights.
The loft area features the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a Roku TV, and a LoveSac bean bag for ultra-comfortable viewing. The main floor features the second bedroom and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry area. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, convection oven/air fryer, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, etc.
The exterior of the cottage features a covered rear deck with a three-person hot tub that has an ultra-massage lounge seat. The back deck also has a wooden swing and outdoor seating. During the spring and summer, playful hummingbirds visit the feeders lining the deck.
Each queen bed comes with an adjustable base for custom head and foot positions, memory foam mattresses and pillows, and extra blankets for a truly personalized and comfortable stay.
The cottage is minutes from Wardensville, West Virginia, where you'll find and eclectic trading post, farmers market, shopping, and dining. The cabin is also surrounded by several hiking trails and is a short walk to Warden Lake, which offers trout, bass, and catfish fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.

Guest Access
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire cottage and property during your stay. Plenty of parking is available on-site. Access to the cottage is via keyless entry and the cabin is equipped with Ring doorbell cameras at the front and rear doors. The cottage is also equipped with StarLink satellite Wi-Fi that supports streaming and basic needs. The gravel driveway is slightly angled but can be accessed by all vehicles during normal weather conditions. However, an AWD is needed when there's snow or ice on the ground.
