Located in historic Old Town, on Daly Ave. directly at the top of Main St. This recently updated home offers the best of two worlds, a short walk to Main St. and a quiet peaceful location in Old Town within steps to popular Daly Canyon for hikers and bikers. 5 star location for everything Park City has to offer. The main level is perfect for relaxing and apres' ski family time. Warm up in front of the cozy fireplace while enjoying your favorite tv show or movie on the LG Smart 65" flat screen with HDTV. Our high speed wifi allows you to work from home and is available to you on both levels of the house.

Feel like dining-in or entertaining? The well-equipped gourmet kitchen caters to your unique cooking needs with the highest-end appliances and upgrades:sub-zero refrigerator and sub-zero wine refrigerator, wolf range, hardwood floors, and marble countertops. Cooking spices/condiments will be stocked in our home. Feel free to use them if you need to... Our home is your home!

Two sets of high-efficiency LG washer and dryer will let you minimize the amount you need to pack into your suitcase and allow you to spend a few extra hours relaxing.

The private master suite on the second floor offers great views, a plush king size bed with high-end bedding, another 65" flat screen hdtv, spacious, relaxing steam shower, and his and her vanities.

The second and third bedrooms are both comfortable and private. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other a full. Family or guests will appreciate the private updated bathroom across the hall.

This cozy home is nestled in the perfect location to allow you to take advantage of all the skiing, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, and dining Park City has to offer... Located just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and Canyons Resort! The free shuttle picks up and drops off just one block from our home.

New hardwood floors throughout the foyer staircase, upstairs master bedroom, as well as wool carpets in the second and third bedrooms.

We had a fantastic 6 days at this property in Park City. Kurt is an ideal host and a pleasure to communicate with. The property is far enough out of immediate downtown to make you feel like you’re a world away and close enough to walk. It was 84 when we arrived and had a surprise - mid May snow! It was 34 when we left. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Kurt!

This unit is very nicely appointed and in an excellent location just a couple of blocks from the top of Main Street. We always walked into town but the shuttle stop is just a 3-5 minute walk from the unit. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Thanks Scott. Location is a big piece of a great Park City experience. We're lucky. Main street is 2 blocks away and the free trolley is only 1 block from our front door in case you don't feel like walking. Picks up and drops off wherever you chose.

A warm, welcoming host & a wonderfully appointed home steps away from the best of PC. Walk into town for dinner, catch the shuttle to the ski mtns, enjoy a hike up the trailhead, or just cozy up by the fire and cook a meal on the back patio or in the top-notch kitchen. PC getaway perfection any time of year!

Kurt and Kollin were great host- very responsive and made check in/ out very easy.The house was clean, very well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for our family of 5.The only thing that made the trip better was the 3 feet of snow that dumped on our second day!The shovel/ plow services was greatly appreciated-Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, in a perfect location and fully equipped with anything you could need. We loved being able to walk to town! Kurt was an excellent host, reaching out with helpful information and making sure we had everything we needed. Our entire family agreed that this was the perfect rental for a family vacation!

Great location

Central location for every activity, trail head just up the hill, downtown in walking distance, short drive to lift areas, great patio to start the morning or end the day! We really enjoyed our stay.

Very well-equipped, convenient, and nice place!

A group of friends really enjoyed this place. 3 bedrooms for us each to have our space but great space to hang out together.

Tyson. Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I will respectfully disagree about small and sleeps 4-5. Our home is 1850 square feet with an open floor plan on the main level, and 3 roomie bedrooms with king, queen, and full size beds all on the second floor.

Robert sent me photos of a Moose and mama deer that strolled by while he was sitting on our back deck enjoying his coffee...pretty neat...and no worries, it's completely safe and happens all the time. One of the benefits of being nestled into the mountain. We love it.

A repeat great stay

Our second time at this property - host keeps it in great condition (second bathroom renovated nicely from prior year), is incredibly helpful/responsive and the location is just perfect. Highly recommend!

Awesome Place

Property is beautiful - just off main street - walkable to everything. Hosts are gracious and welcoming. So many thoughtful touches that made our stay cozy and fun. Would come again over and over.

Thanks Linda. We love sharing our home and we do get great reviews on my wife’s pride and joy-her kitchen. It’s awesome. When it comes to skiing most of our guests ski PC Mountain Resort but your group skied Deer Valley-both great options and very close to our Daly home. Daly Avenue is perfect for both. Park City is an adorable little town and Daly Avenue is literally an extension of Main Street-directly at the top. It’s awesome.

We had the best experience at this property! It was the perfect location, walking distance to Main Street and shuttles. The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were extremely helpful, quick to respond and beyond nice. We would stay here again for sure!

The free Town Trolley picks up about a block from our front door which is very convenient for getting around Main Street but it is definitely optional. The place was amazing! Wish I had more time to enjoy the nice kitchen; was so well stocked with everything, including a Wolf Range. Short walk to downtown so easily to get to coffee, shops, town lift, etc. Will absolutely stay her again!

Awesome location, fantastic accommodations and excellent hosts.

The condo is beautiful and has more amenities and little touches that made us feel at home, much more than we had expected. Kollin and Kurt could not have been better hosts. I’d recommend to anyone and we’d would certainly rent again.

We loved our stay in Park City. House was very clean and well maintained. Great size for our family of 5. Kurt was amazing to work with, checked on us to make sure we were doing great, and ensured we had the best stay. Will be back again!

We love Daly for the historic look and feel, but also the quiet beauty of the mountains between us and Deer Valley.
