Hello Margie, I’m a bit sad that you didn’t feel welcomed. That’s a new one for us! Please know usually Airbnb are for rooms and VRBO is for whole homes. So maybe check there next time. I explained to you in the beginning that renting the whole bottom floor inclusive of 2 rooms,2 baths and a den.. wouldn’t be possible due to another renter who had been in the room next to the den for two weeks. Also I explained that it would be rude having people watching TV next to his bedroom door when there is a TV and sitting area in your room. In my opinion…that is only being respectful of the other person; wouldn’t you agree? However, I do apologize about the noise from the refrigerator. I know when the freezer is adjusting it makes a temporary buzzing sound for approx 15 min. Also, please know that when you stay in the next BNB if you have a open wound please look for areas that you might have bleed; although it wasn’t a large stain.. I still I had to scrub, de-stain and sanitize the sheets, comforter and bed protector before washing. In the guest book it tells you where the cleaning materials are. So YES…I spent an additional 45 min of my time that I didn’t charge you for. So to see your review.. blows me back! But it’s ok! Just sounds like we weren't a good fit, because we’ve had plenty of success. But hey I wish you the best 😊 -William & Candice
