Marina View Condominium is located at the Ludington Harbor. It is on the second floor of One Ludington Place Building 2. It boasts two large balconies that feature views of the lake, marina and city of Ludington. It is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a carefree vacation in one of the most beautiful spots in Michigan. Enjoy the on site swimming pool and hot tub, or venture 5 blocks to the Lake Michigan beach, or a few blocks to restaurants and shops. The complex features underground parking and easy access to the elevator and unit. With three bedrooms and 2 baths, this lovely condo offers sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. Gas grills located in common area for all to use. Bed linens and towels provided. **NOTE**: Summer peak 7 (seven) night minimum Saturday to Saturday. Spring, Fall, and off season 3 (three) night minimum. Callfor reservations or questions.

Pool is seasonal and generally open from Memorial - Labor Day weekend. Subject to change without notice.

Nikky took great care of us, was responsive to any requests immediately, pleasure to work with. Nothing major, just needs some blackout drapes/shades and knobs on the kitchen cabinets, otherwise no issues.

People watching, parade watching (from a distance), Badger watching - all from the lovely long deck. The fireworks were perfectly framed within the pillars and no need to fight traffic to get "home".

We really like the location, swimming pool, whirlpool and walking distance to just about everything. However this unit needs some attention. The television in the living room was not in working order. Several light bulbs in the lamps were burned out. One of the hair dryers did not work. Some cupboards in the kitchen would not stay closed. Very few dish cloths and towels.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed that the living room furniture was not as depicted on the website. The 2 chairs were cheap and uncomfortable. They were not the chairs shown on the website. We saw dirt next to the tub in the main bathroom. The dishes were put away dirty and the kitchen utensils and dishes were barely adequate. There was no food storage area besides on top of the cupboards.

Amazing views!

Condo was very comfortable. Great view of marina and easy walking to beach, restaurants and shops. A small problem with toilet leaking that was fixed within a couple of hours..kudos to management company.

Overall Good

I would have given 5 stars but the construction was brutal. The location was awesome, great view, appropriately stocked with plates and glasses. Clean and the rooms was nicely sized. The main issue was the construction, they would sometimes start before 8am and end well after 5pm. Couldn't have the windows or doors open because of the noise and lack of screens/screen doors. I would not have booked if I had known about the construction prior to booking, we found out a few days prior to check in, well past the point of being able to make alternative plans. If not for the inconvenience of the construction (parking, noise, blocking exit to garage, etc.) it definitely would have been 5 stars.

One Ludington Place

Excellent location in a great resort town. Currently undergoing renovation, which was discussed prior to rental. Some unexpected difficulties occurred during our week in that the garage entrance door was not working and everyone had to enter and exit through the exit door. On our last night, a lightening storm knocked out the remaining garage door, the elevators, and flooded the garage. We were advised to move out cars out once resident volunteers were able to manually open the garage exit door. Due to a local boat and RV show in the street adjacent to the west side of our building, this street was blocked from parking. This required all of us departing that day to carry our belongings down to the ground level and across the pool deck to the east side of the building where our cars were parked. Nature cannot always be anticipated, but I think a well thought out evacuation plan might have improved this process of leaving the building. Similarly, the wisdom of blocking the adjacent streets for a boat and RV show by the city needs reconsideration. I wondered how if a fire had occurred on that side of the building, the fire department would have been able to move all those RV’s and boats out of the way. Our unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are signs of wear and tear especially with the bathroom counters. The kitchen faucet is not attached firmly to the counter. There was also a strange odor in the hall closet that we were unable to figure out. We have stayed in this building a number of times. This particular unit just seems to need some normal upgrading due to frequent use.

Could use some white pain instead of dark colors, and remove dark carpeting and replace with laminate floors. That would add more light. Very dark in dining area. What they call a third bedroom is not a bedroom. No window or closet. Very dark room with bunk beds. But serves the purpose. Enjoyed the balcony. Love marina view and you can watch the Badger leave and come back everyday from balcony. Love Ludington. I would rent this unit again.
