Open concept floor plan has large family room that opens to spacious porch providing wonderful coastal breezes and direct views of the water. The dining area features a wall of windows.

The cook will enjoy the spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, quartz counter tops, an abundance of tall soft close cabinets and counter space, stainless appliances including refrigerator, under cabinet lighting and pantry.

Down the hall from the kitchen is the powder room and bedroom with bath with floor to ceiling tiled shower. The second living level consists of two guest bedrooms each with their own bath, laundry that includes washer and dryer and cabinets and Master suite with sitting area with porch and luxury bath with large tiled custom shower, two quartz top vanities and walk in closet.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom and each bedroom is spacious, the perfect place to rest and relax!

The airy, bright kitchen is well-equipped, the lovely counter seating is the central gathering point with stainless steel appliances, and then dine at the adjacent dining table. Sharing the same open space is the inviting living area with its comfortable couch. Step outside and take in the expansive views from the 2 covered front balconies and enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico!

TOILETRIES and SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bar soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, razors, facial wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, Dish towels, bath/hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels. In addition, a blow dryer in each bathroom.

Navarre Beach has a nicely paved walking and bike trail the full length of the island and beach access located every 1/4 mile conveniently located to all homes. Groceries and other needs are just a few miles away over the Santa Rosa Sound bridge, with Publix, Walmart, Ace Hardware, Pharmacies and Medical only 5 miles away, keeping Navarre a true and beautiful getaway destination.

This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet home. The minimum age to rent is 25.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy for Homes: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.
*ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $150.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.*

POOL NOTICE: POOL CANNOT BE HEATED DECEMBER 1-FEBRUARY 29. In addition, if outdoor temperature is below 55 degrees anytime of the year, the pool cannot be heated.
If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is a $75 per day charge for each day of your of stay. Pool heat is set at 83 degrees and request for a higher temperature will incur additional fees. Please notify us if you would like to add on this amenity to your reservation at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. **Please note weather/air temperature can affect the pool temperature.

*PLEASE NOTE:

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*Disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
*Minimum age to rent is 25 and booking guest must be present at the property throughout the stay.
