DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy for Homes: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.
*ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $150.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.*

POOL and SPA NOTICE: The pool and spa can be heated year around. If you would like to have the pool and spa heated during your stay, it is a $125 per night charge for each night of your of stay. Pool heater is set at 83 degrees and will not be adjusted. If you would like spa heat only, it is a $75 per night charge for each night of your stay. Please notify us if you would like to add on this amenity to your reservation at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. **Please note weather/air temperature can affect the pool temperature and spa temperature.

***Please Note:

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy
*For disruptive behavior
*Bringing any type of pet on the property
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement
*No smoking in or around home
*THERE IS NO GARAGE PARKING.
*No fireworks in or around home
*No diving into pool or from the pier. Shallow water depths.
*Plastic ware to be used on all decks and pool deck
*NO glass on decks, patio or pool areas. Any glass breakage will result in a minimum $1,000.00 fine.
*Do not hang towels or clothing on the railings of the home or fence


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY CAUSED BY YOU OR YOUR PARTY DURING YOUR STAY!
