This condo has WiFi, local cable channels, carport parking, a courtyard entrance, and a community pool. Coin operated washer and dryer are also on-site.

Perfect one bedroom condo

Great location, beautiful community, helpful and friendly host

We really enjoyed our stay in this 1 BR Condo just a five minute walk to the beautiful Fountain Hills Park. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. The views of the fountain and surrounding mountains from the patio were great! There was convenient access to amazing desert hiking and mountain biking trails. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very helpful landlords

This condo is small, but very clean and extremely convenient to many Fountain Hills amenities. I found the landlords to be very helpful and anxious to please.

Stayed four nights, and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfectly situated for us. Our daughter was able to stay with us also. Condo itself was nice and very clean. Very well equipped, down to coffee, coffee filters, fresh fruit and drinking water. Even a bouquet of flowers to welcome us. Very quiet neighborhood at night, which made for good sleeping. Walking distance to restaurants and Fountain Park. The supermarket is a short drive. We enjoyed the park and took a walk each morning. We spent every evening on the patio with the view of the fountain. Holly was very accommodating and helpful. Answered questions quickly via text or email. We hope to rent this unit again and would recommend it

Close, Quaint and Cozy

This quaint, cozy condo is located close to downtown and the famous Fountain Park. My husband and I walked around the fountain on the walking path several times during our visit. There are many restaurants and businesses also in walking distance. We attended a kite flying event as well as a local music festival. We sat on the small patio off the back of the condo and viewed the fountain and nearby foothills of the mountains. We were greeted with roses and fresh fruit....a nice welcome touch. This small one bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. The owner was always very prompt at answering my emails or text messages. We would definitely consider renting this place again.

Fountain Hills Convenience

Just as advertised, this was a great rental. I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the property because some people (not me) might not like the back patio overlooking the next condo's parking area. So what I say. You can see the fountain from that same patio. Walking distance to the park and restaurants and Holly was very accommodating. I would rent here again. Clean, easy parking, nice courtyard and neighbors. Really felt welcomed. Wish I was there now. Thanks

Very nice condo

Condo was clean, bright and quiet perfect for a couple visiting Fountain Hills and sight seeing in the valley. Close to restaurants and just a short walk to Fountain Hills Park. We enjoyed hiking the trails in Fountain Hills and nearby McDowell Mountain Park. We enjoyed dining at the many fine restaurants in the area. Owner is pleasant and attentive to renters needs even providing a bouquet of roses.

Wonderful location, close to Fountain Park, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful mountain and fountain views. Spotless and nicely furnished. Owner went "above and beyond" by meeting us at 3 am when our plane was late and we were greeted with fresh fruit and flowers! Will definitely consider staying in this condo again!

Quiet, practical, and cozy!

We really enjoyed this unit. It had everything we needed--the bed was very comfortable. The other people we met in the development were very nice. The owners were helpful with suggestions on where to eat and things to do. It's located close to the Fountain park, and many other amenities are within walking distance. We would definitely recommend the property to others.

Cozy & Quiet!

Very clean, nicely furnished, quiet neighbors. Lovely area, close to downtown FH, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Would have given 6 stars, but this site had only 5 available.

Great Condo!

My wife and I recently stayed in this Fountain Hills condo and were very pleased with the property. It was perfect for the two of us, in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to all the attractions that Fountain Hills has to offer. The other residents in the complex were pleasant, very welcoming, and evenings around the pool were amazing! Our hosts, Jim and Holly, were extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Their recommendations on food in the area were greatly appreciated and every establishment they recommended was incredible!! I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Fountain Hills. We will be back!!!!

We liked it!

Stayed four nights, and had a really good time. The condo was perfectly situated for us. Walk to restaurants, fountain and hiking trails...and 3 minute drive to supermarket. Also a very short drive to awesome hiking biking trails. Condo itself was nicer than expected. Small but definitely roomy enough for us (a couple). Really well equipped, down to coffee filters and drinking water. Very quiet at night made for good sleeping. Hosts, Jim and Holly were very nice, very accommodating and gave us good eating out advice.

We have been managing long-term rental units in Fountain Hills and Denver, CO since 2000. This unit was purchased specifically for hosting seasonal visitors. We relocated to Fountain Hills on a permanent basis in 2011. We love this town and everything it has to offer, and hope you enjoy it as well.

This particular property is centrally located near Fountain Park. It is an easy walk to the great restaurants and shops on Avenue of the Fountains. It is also the perfect location during the traditional town events such as the Great Fair (February) and the Fountain Festival of Arts and Crafts (November). It is not on the main street, so it is a quiet place to relax after a fun day exploring the town and the surrounding areas.
