We love hosting longer stays! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:
🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
Cameras are motion-activated and record video and audio and may be active during your stay.

If applicable, a camera monitors the pool area and surrounding outdoor space. Guests should be aware that this area is under video surveillance, even though it is a recreational space where additional privacy may be expected.
All cameras are outward-facing and used solely for safety, security, and enforcement of house rules.
Note: Cameras may occasionally go offline due to WiFi or connectivity issues.

Routine Exterior Maintenance: To keep the property in excellent condition, pool service is typically performed twice weekly and lawn maintenance once weekly. Service schedules may vary due to weather, rain, and vendor routing, so we are unable to provide advance notice of the exact date or time during your stay. These visits are limited to the exterior of the property, do not require access to the home, and are typically completed in less than 30 minutes. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that routine exterior maintenance may occur during their stay.

Oversized Vehicle & Hookup Policy:

Parking of RVs, trailers, or any vehicle larger than a standard-size pickup truck is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the host. Additionally, electrical and water hookups are not permitted at any of our properties under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
