Full kitchen with accessories including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave/stove. Card table with 4 chairs can be set up for additional seating. Two bedrooms one queen bed and one double bed. The sofa pulls out into a bed. Spacious place to park. Great location to park ATV trailer in front yard.

All of the yard is accessible except the fenced off area and the garage due to repairs.

There is no smoking, vaping, or tobacco products of any kind allowed inside the home or on the property. If it is found that you did not obey this house rule there is a $1500 fee that you will be sent for doing so. Plus the cost of any damage that occurred to things in the house or property. Please understand that this is only done when the House Rule is broken.
