Lakefront house with private beach

Albinhaven is nestled in the tall pines along beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene. This two-level bungalow is located on the west side of the lake just a twenty minute drive from Coeur d’Alene. The recently renovated home features four bedrooms, three baths, kitchen and a spacious living room/dining area with outdoor deck overlooking the tranquil and scenic lakefront with two hundred feet of private beachfront. The lower daylight basement level is provides a game room and two lower level bedrooms and bath.

Albinhaven is one of the few lake locations with sandy beach and a gentle sloping lot making the property and lake easy to access year around. Walk down to the expansive private beach to enjoy the lake or gather round the fire ring and roast hotdogs and marshmallows.

The bungalow provides a mix of classic features such as an original wood burning cook stove and a collection of original mid-century modern furniture. Picture windows in each room guarantee that your view is spectacular from morning to night.

Enjoy preparing meals in the vintage-inspired kitchen as you gaze upon stunning lake views, or head out on the deck and cook over the gas grill. The main floor bedrooms can sleep five comfortably. There is a master suite with queen bed and private bath and a bunk room with a full bed and twin and separate bath. The lower level features a room with king bed and two twin (trundle) beds and a room with two twins. The newly renovated bathroom and a game room are also provided on this floor. If you tire of the views and outdoor amenities, a TV with cable and a DVD player are also provided. The dock is 40 feet long and easily accommodates boats and jet skis.

As one of the most beloved destinations in all of Idaho, Coeur d'Alene is an ideal getaway for lovers of the outdoors. Grab a beach chair and spend the day reading on the lakeshore, pick up some local produce at the downtown farmers market, or treat your kids to an afternoon at Silverwood Theme Park just north of town. Visit during one of the many special events such as Ironman, Car d’Alene, Art on the Green or the best 4th of July celebration in these parts. The house is easily accessible to the bike course for Ironman and of course your own private lake access is great for acclimating to the water. The bungalow also boasts a two car garage for easy storage of your equipment. In 2019, we put in a new water system, new roof and air conditioner.
