Great house with room for everyone. Kitchen has everything you need, well stocked. Lots of games which was fun. Peaceful on the canal, we used paddle boards and our boat, good swimming area. And host is very responsive.

Great place on the Island

This place was great, end of the road, on the water, room to keep our boat in the water, and a private launch ramp. There was just enough room to park our 2 trucks and a boat trailer. It was much better than being in town. We will stay here again for sure. Thanks!

Gorgeous CdA venue

Can't say enough wonderful things about this property. Perfect location to activities and lots of room to spread out with family. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking! We will be back!

Great vacation!

Our three generation extended family enjoyed a week of vacation here. It was spacious, clean, convenient and provided everything we needed. We saw quail, ducks, fish, deer, frogs and moose right from the backyard! The area has a lot to offer and we took advantage of that. I would go back again and definitely would recommend it to other family and friends.

Beautiful home and dock perfect for girls weekend!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Rebecca's place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and guidance was super clear. Despite running out of toilet paper on night one (three and a half rolls in the whole house we could find) and a bit of dust about the house, everything was clean and organized.

Loved our stay at the Harbor House!!

We had the best time staying at this house! It’s on a little channel of the Spokane River and feeds right into lake Couer D’Alene. The house is stocked with everything you would need and the host is awesome to work with! 5 stars all around and we hope to be back again at some point! Sad to be leaving today!

Amazing location and property

We stayed here with family and family friends. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was an incredible location on the river with its own boat dock and a short boat drive to the main lake. We brought our boat. It was a beautiful area. A quiet cute neighborhood. The other homes in the area are amazing as well. We had a great time and made great memories.

North Idaho Getaway

Our mini-vacation to Coeur de' Alene was amazing and the biggest reason was the home we were able to stay in while we were there. The views were absolutely amazing, and we even saw a mama deer and her twin babies! The house was comfortable and large enough that no one felt crammed, and there was something for everyone to do at all times without being bored! Just being able to walk out back and lay on our paddleboards tied off to the dock was amazing. 10 out 10 would recommend and 10 out of 10 would return!

Harbor Island

Very nice property and location. Worked well with family and boat. Only issue was a christmas elf the kids found in the 1st hour on the pantry shelf. It appears he didn't get out in time to make to the north pole - so we improvised (He had enough magic to be a vacation elf). ;)

Family Time in CDA

Our group of 10 (ages 4-80) had a great week on Harbor Island. We all really enjoyed this peaceful spot away from the busyness of the main lake. Great spot to kayak, paddle board, and use the paddle boat, and for kids to safely swim around the dock. (Paddle boat provided by host) We didn’t mind only having the one full bath upstairs since everyone was outside most of the time anyway. Also great to have the separate refrigerator for cold drinks. Our one critique was that the yard/grounds are a bit overgrown, especially around the outdoor patio seating area, and could use some attention.

Family Memories Made

Our family that consisted of 3 seperate families ranging in age as from 13 to 65 thoroughly enjoyed this amazing waterfront property. The boys ages 13-19 enjoyed the water daily. We enjoyed viewing all kinds of wildlife right out the back door, the notorious moose even made an appearance. The house had everything that we possibly could have used and wanted. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We would definitely stay at this beautiful property again. The only concern we had was the listing mentioned kayaks, so we didn't bring additional water vehicle's since we had 6 boys with us. Unfortunately there were none at the property.

Beautiful Setting

Setting was very nice, water access, swimming, convenient and close to downtown. Ad was a bit confusing as far as the charges for additional guest. If you have more than 4 guests - it could be difficult to sleep everyone conformably - unless you have young children. There is a large open room on the second floor that sleeps 5-6 - expect to be awaken during the night by someone stirring or walking to the bathroom. Also there are only 2 showers - so again, if over 4 guests - this gets quit difficult when everyone wants to shower. If I had to do over, I would have picked a larger home for our 8 guests. Something with more bedrooms and baths.

Perfect Location

Great property in a perfect location. We made use of the boat slip and had our boat in the water the entire week. The house was well equipped and we had great communication and service from the property manager. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect waterfront location

As a VRBO renter with a long rental history I have yet to rent a house so fully stocked and equipped as if the owners were living there full time. The location is perfect for boat owners and those with kids as the inlet to the river is calm with virtually. I current allowing for easy paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. We spent most of our days on the boat and enjoyed the backyard and dock in the late afternoons and evenings. Only recommendation would be to have an extra umbrella or two in the yard for those who are using the backyard during the middle of the day before the shade hits. Highly recommend the house and property manager.

Everything was Great!

The home was accurately described and communications with the property owner were prompt. We had 11 of us staying in the home (6 adults and 5 kids). There was ample space for everyone. Definitely on the list for a revisit!

Family Christmas

It’s a nice place, quite neighborhood and is close enough to town. We were there in the winter, however I’m sure that this place is even better in the summer.

Relaxing Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in this welcoming home! The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The dock, river, canoe and paddleboat were enjoyed by all. My parents loved the double rocker swing with a canopy that looked out on the dock and channel. The kitchen and pantry are well stocked. We had a great time and recommend this property!

Fantastic Stay

We loved this Home, from arrival to departure we found ourselves so relaxed and blessed to stay in this location. It was clean, well equipped and completed accommodated our various ages, from toddler to 81. The bedrooms were very large, with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. We paddled or rowed on the channel daily and put our feet up every evening in the back yard or on the dock. We highly recommend this property the owner was fantastic to work with.

We came to compete in the Ironman and was looking for a relaxing and stress free place to stay.

This met all of our expectations and more. Kitchen accommodations were amazing. The dock, river, and paddle boat were enjoyed by adults and child. We had a great time and would definitely book this “home” again.

THE FINIAL SHORT STEP COMING DOWN FROM THE FRONT DOOR IS HARD TO SEE, AND I WALKED OFF OF IT THREE TIMES WITHOUT REALIZING IT WAS THERE. THE SHOWER IN THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A VERY SLICK FLOOR. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THE LOCATION OF THE GARAGE KEYS IN THE E-MAILED( OR BOOKED) INSTRUCTIONS. WE FOUND THEM ON THE SECOND DAY. OTHERWISE, IT'S A GREAT PLACE ROY

Best Memorial Day Weekend!

We met up with some old friends for the weekend, with our six boys between the ages of 5 and 15, to stay at this beautiful home. It was very well stocked with supplies - towels (beach and bath), cookery, paper towels, trash bags, even had some k-cups and Swiss mix available. The canoe and paddle boat were really fun to use on the calm channel of the Spokane River. The boys had fun with darts and air hockey. We got to play some corn hole (although I'm not sure how long it will last, it's made out of a thick kind of card board material). Our boys absolutely loved the bunk room and enjoyed watching some of the available dvds when it was time to wind down. The property manager was very responsive and attentive. I'm sure we'll be back!

Great house!!

We joined two other families (6 adults and 6 kids!) for our first time trip to CDA! This house worked out perfectly for our group. Lots of space to a spread out, tons of games and movies for the kids. We were here during the snow which was very cozy and fun! I can imagine this house would be so much fun during summer months with the dock out back! The whole house is full of very nice household items, especially the kitchenware!!! The property manager was sooo helpful and extremely accommodating and responsive!!! Would love to come back!!
